FOR A STANDARD RATE AND/OR STANDARD RATE WITH BREAKFAST:
-Pariwana Hostels has a free cancellation and modification policy of 72 hours before the check-in date. If you want to make any changes to your reservation you can contact us to help you.

-In case you request a cancellation within 72 hours before your arrival, Pariwana Hostels will charge 100% of the first night of your reservation as a Penalty, adding the local tax of each country.
-In case you don't show up at the hostel on the day of your check-in, Pariwana Hostels will charge 100% of the first night of your reservation for No-Show, adding the local tax of each country.
FOR A FLEXIBLE NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
-Pariwana Hostels will charge the total amount of the reservation in advance and it is non-refundable.
-In case you request a modification of your reservation, you can do it up to 72 hours before arrival and it is subject to availability.
-In case you request cancellation or don't show up on the day of your check in, Pariwana Hostels will charge 100% of the total nights of your reservation as a penalty, adding the local tax of each country.
Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION POLICIES
- IMPORTANT: For group reservations (more than one person) in shared rooms, Pariwana can't guarantee that the entire group will be assigned to the same room. However, we will do what is necessary to make it possible.
- Minors under 18 years of age will not be admitted to the Hostel.
- Late check out: The guest can request to stay in the room after the departure time (11 hrs). This service is subject to availability, so you must consult our reception in advance. The service has an additional charge of 50% of the rate until 17 hrs, and 100% of the rate after 17 hrs. Any change or extension in the schedule must be previously coordinated with the reception staff.
PAYMENT POLICIES
- The rates DO NOT include the general sales tax (IGV). According to Peruvian law (DL No. 919), all foreigners or non-residents with less than 60 days in Peru and who present their valid passport are exempt from VAT (10%) on accommodation and food consumption within a lodging. Otherwise, 10% VAT will be charged. You will be asked for the date of entry into the country for exemption purposes.
- Our rates are in US dollars. You can pay in Peruvian Soles using the hostel's current exchange rate or US dollars.
- The accommodation service must be paid in advance at check-in, in the same way if you extend your stay.
- Pariwana Hostels may request an advance deposit if they are group reservations of 6 people or more or if your stay is longer than 7 days or includes more than 2 private rooms or if the dates of stay coincide with festive seasons, previously informed by the staff of Bookings.
- We accept all credit and debit cards, without additional charges.
