The total amount of the stay and the full deposit will be charged if you cancel within 13 days prior to your arrival or in the event of a no show.
No charges will apply if you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date.
No refunds are allowed for early departures. You are responsible for the full payment of your reservation.

Terms and Conditions

Check in / Check out - Minimum age for check in is 21 years old. Contactless check in/check out. Each room has its own lockbox. Details will be provided after booking and deposit has been paid. Check in starts from 3:00 pm until 10:00pm, if you would be checking in during the early hours in the morning, please communicate the information at the time of booking. Check out until 11:00 am. If you want "late check out" please contact us, it is subject to availability and if it is available there is an additional charge of $15.00 per hour and will be charged to your credit card on file. Rooms only for the registered people on the reservation are allowed in the room. If any other person stays/sleeps in the room, they will have a penalty of $150 per night. We are not responsible for valuable/personal items, including money, jewelry, electronic equipment left in the rooms. BBQs, refrigerators, radios, parties or noises are not allowed in the rooms or surroundings. Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Virtual reception hours via WhatsApp 9:00am - 9:00pm. During your stay you will have 1 welcome drink (rum punch) per guest for free, in order to receive them you must be identified with the bracelet that will be provided during your arrival at the room, to obtain your drink you must go to our restaurant. It only applies during the operating hours of the restaurant. We reserve the right of admission.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After your second night of stay, the cleaning of the room is mandatory.

Pets - NOT ALLOWED. We are very strict with this policy, if you violated we will be automatically charge to the credit card on file $75.00 per night.

NO SMOKING Policy - Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms or surroundings of the guesthouse. If you violate this policy, we will automatically charge $250.00 to your credit card.

Rental - Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for daily rent. If you are interested in the articles, you can contact the virtual reception number via WhatsApp and your credit card will be charged. Beach chair $10.00 / beach umbrella $10.00 / Combo x2 $25.00. Item that has not been delivered until the day your rental has ended, will have a charge of $25.00 per item to your card on file.

Services - Housekeeping services available from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Coffee available every morning on the first floor of the guesthouse. If you want a room change during your stay, you must be aware that this carries a cleaning fee of $40.00 and will be automatically charged to your card on file. We include 2 beach towels per room, the same at the time of your check out must remain in the room, if any are missing you have a charge of $25.00 to your credit card. If you need to change your beach towels during the day, you can request clean towels during the hours of housekeeping service or through our virtual reception number via WhatsApp.

Additional charges - Lost of keys $40 / Towels damaged or lost $25.00 / Sheets damaged or lost $50.00

Restaurant - Unfortunately is it closed.

Parking - Free parking within the facilities. Only 1 vehicle is allowed per room. Please park your vehicle correctly, without blocking others. The vehicle must be identified with the ticket that will be provided to you during your arrival in the room in order to guarantee your parking. We are not responsible for valuables/personnel items left in your vehicle, or for any damage or theft to it.
