What is Belafonte?

Belafonte Coliving is a shared home among travelers and digital nomads where you can stay for short or long periods of time. 

Coliving & Coworking at Belafonte is based on the principle of sharing and living in community.We are a space for cultural, musical, and artistic activation in the city as well, so you will bond to the community and local experience.

Unbreakable Rules

1. Prohibited Incomes: Sexual tourism, escorts, and minors are prohibited under any circumstances. If minors are present, they must be announced in advance and only authorized by the administration.
2. Visitors: Each guest can invite a maximum of two people during the day. All visitors must identify themselves and register upon arrival. In case of a stay, the administration must be notified in advance.
3. Silence Policy: Applies from Monday to Friday between 11PM and 6AM. Outside of these hours, the sound points located on the terrace can be used. In case of a noise complaint, this policy will be immediately enforced, and the noise source must be turned off.
4. Trust Policy: Consumption at hydration points operates under this policy. In each of them, you must write down the consumptions made, and they will be charged to your account, which must be paid weekly. In case of shortages in the refrigerators, security cameras will be checked to verify the consumption of each Coliver.

Recommendations

Common Areas

1. Take care of the elements of all spaces. Upon entry and exit, we will do a basic review of each space to record the condition of the delivered elements.
2. Remember to disconnect electronic devices when you are not using them.
3. Take care of the water you consume.
4. Turn off the lights and air conditioning if they are not necessary.
5. Do not take or move the elements from where they were found. You can use the library, board games, or sports articles; please take care of them and leave them back in their place.
6. Daily cleaning and maintenance will be carried out in all common spaces.

Room

1. Keep your room ventilated but leave the windows closed when you leave.
2. Do not leave food in your room to avoid animals and/or pests.
3. For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly cleaning will be done per room. You can coordinate with the host for the schedule for this.

Kitchen

1. The order and cleanliness of the kitchen depend on each Coliver. While we do daily cleaning of common areas, it is your responsibility to clean and organize the elements you use.
2. The refrigerators are a self-managed space, do not store damaged products and avoid invading spaces other than the assigned one.
3. Before shopping, check the community market on the kitchen counter and the refrigerator doors, you can use what you find there. Also, remember to use reusable shopping bags and leave them in their place.

Laundry

1. Adjust the amount of water according to the amount of clothes to be washed.
2. Manage your own cleaning items.
3. As soon as your laundry is finished, remove the clothes so that others can use the space.

Coworking

1. This space is shared between Colivers and day visitors or coworking plan users.
2. You can enable a "personal" workspace at your own risk. There are security cameras; however, we will not be responsible for the elements that may be lost in daily use.

Other

1. For cultural events, the crew will be informed in advance and can participate for free. In case Colivers consume their own drinks within the event, there will be an additional cork fee.
2. Deliveries must be received by each Coliver at the building's door.

Checkout Moment

1. The maximum check-out time is 11:30 AM.
2. The late check-out option has an additional cost of $25,000 COP with a duration until 1 PM.
3. Before approaching reception to check out, verify that the room elements are complete and your storage space in the kitchen and refrigerator is empty; otherwise, you may incur an additional cost of $25,000 COP.
4. You must return your assigned key, in case of loss, it will have an additional cost of $50,000 COP.

Información sobre el Check In

Reglas inquebrantables

1. Visitantes: Cada huésped puede invitar máximo dos personas durante el día. Todos los visitantes deben identificarse y registrarse a su llegada. En caso de estadía se debe avisar previamente a la administración.
2. Política de silencio: Aplica de Lunes a Viernes entre las 11PM y las 6AM. Fuera de este horario se puede hacer uso de los puntos sonoros ubicados en la terraza. En caso de alguna queja por ruido se acogerá inmediatamente dicha política y deberá ser apagada la fuente de ruido.
3. Política de confianza: Los consumos en los puntos de hidratación funcionan bajo esta política, en cada uno de ellos debes dejar escrito los consumos realizados y serán cargados a tu cuenta, la cual debe ser pagada semanalmente. En caso de haber faltantes en las neveras, se revisarán las cámaras de seguridad para verificar los consumos de cada Coliver.
4. Ingresos prohibidos: Está prohibido el turismo sexual, damas de compañía y menores de edad bajo cualquier circunstancia. Dado el caso, los menores de edad deben ser anunciados con antelación y únicamente será autorizado por la administración.

Normas a tener en cuenta:

Zonas comunes

1. Cuida los elementos de todos los espacios, al ingreso y salida haremos una revisión básica de cada espacio para registrar el estado de los elementos entregados.
2. Recuerda desconectar los dispositivos electrónicos cuando no los estés utilizando.
3. Cuida el agua que consumes.
4. Apaga las luces y el aire acondicionado, en caso de no ser necesarios.
5. No tomes ni muevas los elementos del lugar donde fueron encontrados. Puedes hacer uso de la biblioteca, juegos de mesa o artículos deportivos; por favor cuida de ellos y déjalos de vuelta en su lugar.
6. Se realizará limpieza y mantenimiento diario a todos los espacios comunes.

Habitación

1. Mantén tu habitación ventilada, pero deja las ventanas cerradas al salir.
2. No dejes comida en tu habitación, en pro de evitar animales y /o plagas.
3. Para estadías mayores a 7 días, se realizará un aseo semanal por habitación. Podrás coordinar con el host el horario para este.

Cocina

1. El orden y la limpieza de la cocina depende de cada Coliver. Si bien hacemos limpieza diaria de zonas comunes, es tu responsabilidad limpiar y ordenar los elementos que utilices.
2. Las neveras son un espacio auto-gestionado, no almacenes productos dañados y evita invadir espacios diferentes al asignado.
3. Antes de mercar, revisa el mercado comunitario en el mesón de la cocina y las puertas de las neveras, puedes hacer uso de lo que encuentres allí. También recuerda utilizar las bolsas de mercar reutilizables y dejarlas en su lugar.

Lavandería

1. Ajusta la cantidad de agua según la cantidad de ropa a lavar.
2. Gestiona tus propios artículos de aseo.
3. Apenas termine tu lavada, retira la ropa para que otros puedan usar el espacio.

Coworking

1. Este espacio es compartido entre Colivers y visitantes de pasadía o plan de Coworking.
2. Puedes habilitar un espacio de trabajo “personal” bajo tu propio riesgo, hay cámaras de seguridad, sin embargo, no nos haremos cargo de los elementos que puedan perderse en el uso diario.

Otros

1. Para eventos culturales los tripulantes serán informados con antelación y podrán participar de manera gratuita. En caso de que los Colivers consuman sus propias bebidas dentro del evento, habrá lugar a un cobro adicional por descorche.
2. Los domicilios deben ser recibidos por cada Coliver en la puerta del edificio.

Checkout moment

1. La hora máxima de check out es a las 11:30AM
2. La opción de late check out tiene un costo adicional de $25.000 COP con una duración hasta la 1PM
3. Antes de acercarte a recepción para realizar el check out, verifica que los elementos de la habitación se encuentran completos y tu espacio de almacenamiento en cocina y nevera están vacíos; de lo contrario, puede incurrir en un costo adicional de $25.000 COP
4. Debes hacer devolución de tu llave asignada, en caso de pérdida tendrá un costo adicional de $50.000 COP por llave.
