• If the reservation is not cancelled more than 48 hours before the arrival date, the credit card on file will be

charged a one-night full room cancelation fee plus taxes & the balance of the reservation, if any, will be cancelled
• If you reserve more than 2 suites and decide to cancel your group ofreservations, this must be done 7 days prior to check in, no exceptions. This allows City HarborSuites enough
time to rebook these suites. If your group of suites is not cancelled 7 days prior to check in. you will be charged a one-night full stay for each room reserved.

NO SHOWS:

• The reservation will be held open until 11:00 am the following day.

• We will charge a one (1) night full room no show fee plus taxes.

• The balance of the reservation, if any, will be cancelled.
