Terms and Conditions

  • Dear guests,
The house rules are the adoption of the philosophy and concept of "Casa di Pino Eco lodge" which has been carefully created. This concept implies respect for nature and the environment of Durmitor National Park and its wider surroundings. Our goal is to leave behind the "urban madness" and experience the proximity of wildlife during your stay. In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests during their stay, we provide you with more information for a more pleasant stay:
GENERAL POLICY
CHECK-IN
  • Check-in is any time after 3 PM by local time.
  • Check-in is done at the reception. Guests will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo document: passport or an ID card, children's health card. Early check-ins are guaranteed only if the room is vacant and ready.
  • During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, adventures you might take etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient. 
CHECK-OUT
  • Check-out is until 11 AM by local time. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 09:00 h on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are.
  • Check-out after 11 AM on the day of departure is subject to a surcharge, and if the room is not vacated by 18:00, another night will be charged. Please, consult the reception on this matter.
  • At check-out time, please, return the room key card, wifi routers, chargers or any other items given to you by the reception staff.
  • Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made at the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.
  • Please be aware that bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment. 
  • Please NOTE that towels must not be used for the purpose of cleaning shoes or luggage. Any damaged or stained towel will be charged at market price.
BREAKFAST
  • Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 09:30. It is a continental breakfast served as a buffet breakfast.
RESERVATION POLICY
  • Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within 10 days after we have confirmed your reservation.
  • The lodge has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking. 
  • Our room rates are always awesome, and they are subject to change
  • Group trips are fun! When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind- two people max for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King) and four people max for rooms with multiple beds. Got babies? We’ve got cribs available upon request, subject to availability.
The standard booking price includes the following:
  • Breakfast
  • Internet and Netflix usage
  • Sauna 45 minutes per day
  • Towels, bed linen and hairdryer
  • Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon request)
  • All apartment amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence
IMPORTANT
  • When you make a reservation, you are booking a specific room or an apartment.  Reservations can only be taken and
  • confirmed by making an advance payment of 30% or 100% of the full rental amount. This can be paid using debit and credit cards, bank transfer. We will process your booking within 2 hours of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from Casa di Pino.  
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
  • If the guest cancels the reservation at any time the prepaid deposit of 30% is non-refundable.
  • In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
  • If the guest cancels within 7 days prior arrival the total price of the reservation fee will be charged.
  • There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: info@casadipino.com
  • All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled. 
PAYMENT POLICY
  • Accommodation services are charged in advance or on the day of arrival. Payment is made in Euros at the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Montenegro on the day of payment. Accepted payment types: Cash, Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Bank transfer.
ROOM POLICY
  • An access card is issued to a guest. Guests use the access card to access their room and the main building entrance.
  • An additional access card and the room key is safely stored in a safe box next to the room door. Contact the reception for the safe box combination.
  • Upon entering the apartment, please check the inventory of the accommodation unit, to immediately report any irregularities, malfunctions or complaints about the service to the reception. Subsequent and untimely complaints, to which we have not had the opportunity to respond, will not be considered as a basis for reducing the price of accommodation.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring the locking of accommodation units before leaving.
  • For your comfort, we have provided a safe in the room. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings, but, please, report all lost and found items to the reception immediately.
  • Please check before leaving that you have emptied the safe and brought the documents and all valuables with you, leave the safe open.
  • Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception, with a valid photo document.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, it is not allowed to prepare hot meals in the room with the exception of those apartments that have kitchens. Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to 50% of the room fee.
  • The inventory of the apartment is intended for use during your stay, and it is not allowed to take it out of the building.
  • If determined that damages have taken place at the Lodge by the Guest, the Lodge reserves all rights to charge the Guest. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Lodge has the right to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
  • The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged access cards or keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, electric kettles, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost. The penalty for lost or damaged access cards or keys is €10. Contact the reception for more details.
  • Parking is available in front of the Lodge In case the guest decides to use the parking lot. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
  • But guess what? We’ve got state-of-the-art surveillance cameras watching over the parking lot so, should anything seem amiss, let us know, and we’ll check out the footage. And if you plan on leaving your car in our parking lot for a while, not problem, just let us know, as we reserve the right to tow vehicles.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. You can get the password at the reception.
PUBLIC ORDER AND SECURITY
  • We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged at market value.
  • The hotel allows guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them.
  •  Guests are kindly asked not to disturb public order, not to make noise, both in the apartments and on the stairs and in the hall of the building, which especially refers to the period from 2 PM to 5 PM and 10 PM to 9AM; have passionate conversation all day long, but from 10 PM to 9 AM the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time).
  • Loud music, parties or gatherings are not allowed;
  • Visits by non-guest third parties without prior notice and registration by staff are prohibited;
  • Visits or business meetings may be received in common areas, not in a room;
  • Please do not disturb other guests and follow the house rules. The hotel reserves the right to cancel further stay of a guest who disturbed other guests or otherwise violated the prescribed House Rules.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
  • Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
CHILDREN POLICY
  • Two children under 8 years old stays free of charge, please ask for children’s cots/cribs.
  • Children age 9 to 17 pay extra.
  • When making reservations, please note, if you are a family with children age 8 and younger, indicate the number of adults and then process with the reservation. After you have finished with the reservation, please, send us an email with the correct number of persons. For units that support 5 or 6 persons, if you are a family with children of all ages, indicate the number of adults and the number of children aged 9 and older and then process with the reservation. If there are younger children, after you have finished with the reservation, please, just send us an email with the correct number of persons.
FIRE SAFETY AND REGULATIONS
  • Breathe easy. Casa di Pino is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a room cleaning fee. Smoking is prohibited at all times. 
  • It is forbidden to bring in and use heating devices, stoves, ovens, gas appliances in the building. It is forbidden to bring in flammable material, explosives, firearms;
  • In case of activation of the fire alarm, please follow the instructions of the evacuation plan that are in each accommodation unit;
  • Other activities that may cause a fire or are dangerous to the public and property are prohibited
ROOM CLEANING POLICY
  • Housekeeping will not be offered during your stay. Should you need fresh towel or linen, please, contact the reception or send us an email to info@casadipino.com.
  • Bed linen is changed every three days for longer stays. If you need your bed linen to be changed, please, contact the reception.
  • Should you need your room to be cleaned daily, please, contact the reception;
  • Pets are not allowed;
  • For laundry services, please, contact the reception.
GREEN AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
  • During your stay, preserve our natural environment and pay attention to the rational consumption of water and electricity;
  • Please sort and empty the rubbish into the appropriate bins available.
  • Please observe the regulations on sorting and collecting garbage in the hallway
GUEST SAFETY POLICY
  • As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used on the property, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the spa or other facilities, where available. If you use the spa facilities, you do so at your own risk.
ALCOHOL POLICY
  • The good news? We have a bar! This means, by law, we can’t allow any alcohol to be brought in the lounge bar. To uphold this law, we require all beverages on the property be purchased through the bar, with the exception of transparent, see-through water bottles. Guests must purchase beer and wine in the bar area – then, if you like, you can head back to your room to enjoy. Cheers!
