RESERVATION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• We recommend a rental car for transportation on this small island.
• The villa boasts the convenience of a villa attendant available Monday through Saturday, dedicating 3-4 hours each day to your service needs. This service includes daily light housekeeping, bed and room preparation, towel replenishment, kitchen cleaning, and, in the middle of the week, fresh linens are provided (on demand, included in the price).
• Please be aware that this property is generally available for weekly bookings. However, we can be flexible with this policy for stays between mid-August and mid-October, as well as for last-minute bookings within 30 days of your intended arrival date. If your travel falls within these timeframes and you're interested in booking, please reach out to us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!
• As part of our service, we offer a nighttime security guard patrol service included in price.
• Security Deposit: We require a security deposit of $1,000, payable through Pay-Pal or bank transfer. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours following check-out, pending no damages.
PROPERTY POLICY:
We appreciate you choosing our property for your stay and want to ensure you have a comfortable and safe experience. To maintain a positive environment for all our guests, we have implemented the following Strict Policy:
1. No smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including cigarettes, tobacco, or any hallucinogenic substances. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 USD fine, deducted from the security deposit.
2. Noise and tranquility:
- Please respect designated quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Any repeated violation of this policy may result in the early termination of the reservation without a refund.
3. Property care:
- Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and care. Any intentional or negligent damage will be assessed, and the repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
4. Compliance with local regulations:
- Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and the environment.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in from 4:00 p.m. (For early check-in requests, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you).
• Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
• Payment Policy:
1. Reservations Received Over 59 Days Prior to Arrival Date:
- For reservations received more than 59 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount will be charged upon booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 59 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal to increase security and prevent credit card fraud. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please email us at accounting@longbaybeachclub.net
2. Reservations Received 59 Days or Less Prior to Arrival Date:
- For reservations received with 59 days or less until the arrival date, the full payment of the stay is due upon booking
3. Accepted Payment Methods:

- Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as per the terms outlined above.
Acceptance of the reservation implies acknowledgment and agreement with these policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests.
