Reservations may be changed 72 hours prior to arrival to include cancellation or change in length of stay. After this time, reservation changes or failure to arrive will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policy:
- Reservations can be made via phone, email, or online booking platform.
- A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation.
- Full payment is required upon check-in.
- A minimum stay may apply during peak seasons or special events.
- Cancellation policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of the first night's room rate.
- Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check-out time is at 11:00 am.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability, and additional charges may apply.
- The BnB reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card for incidentals upon check-in.
- The maximum occupancy per bedroom is two adults.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for smoking violations.
- Dogs are allowed in designated areas.
- Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 am to 10:00. Breakfast is an additional fee of $10/adult and $5/child.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the BnB and is complimentary.
- The BnB provides bath towels, toiletries, and linens for guests.
- The BnB is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in the rooms or common areas.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be respectful of other guests during these hours.
- The BnB is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the guests' stay.
- Any damages caused by the guests to the room or hotel property will be charged to the credit card on file.
- The BnB reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate hotel policies or behave inappropriately. No refund will be given in such cases.
- Only dogs are permitted on the premises. No other pets, including reptiles and cats, are allowed.
- A pet fee of $50 per night will be applied for guests with dogs.
- There is no weight limit for dogs.
- To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, pets must be crated when left unattended in the room. Crates will be provided.
- Dogs are allowed on the premises in designated areas provided the required pet fee has been remitted.
- Dogs on the premises that have not been included on the reservation are subject to a $200/per pet fee.
- Dogs must be leashed while onsite at the property at all times.
- Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste must be properly disposed of in the provided bins. Failure to do so may result in fines.
- Please ensure that dogs are not on the furniture inside the units. Excessive cleaning due to pet hair may result in additional charges.
