All rates include VAT, service charge and ABF for 2 guests.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Note 1: We require a 10% deposit for the confirmation of every reservation. This is paid upon completion of the reservation.
Note 2: The balance of payment can be done by credit card at the hotel. Only Visa & Master Cards are accepted. There is no credit card surcharge. Thai Prompt pay and local bank transfers are also welcome.
Note 3: Deposits are refundable if cancelled or modified more than 14 days prior to arrival. Refunds are subject to 200 Baht bank transaction fee.
Note 4: In the case of No-shows, 100% will be charged to your card and no refund is given.
Double Occupancy and pricing
Our base room rates allows 2 guests. If there is a 3rd person, extra bed charges apply (mandatory 1000 THB / night surcharge – please see triple occupancy rate) If the 3rd person is a child <8 years old, he/she may stay in existing bedding for no extra charge. If you require an extra bed for your child, extra bed charges apply at 1000 THB/night If the 3rd person is an infant <2 years old, we will arrange a baby cot for no extra cost. We do not allow 4 occupants in the same room with this rate plan.
Triple Occupancy and pricing
Some room types have Triple rates. This allows 3 adults to occupy the room with an extra bed included. Breakfast for 3 people is also included. If your child is >9 years old, please select 3 adults when making a reservation. If you require a 4th occupant in your room, please email our reservations staff. For direct bookings through our website, we allow children <8 years old or infants <2 years old to occupy the 4th spot. This does not apply to bookings made through Travel agencies such as Agoda, Expedia and Booking.com Therefore, please be sure to email us and book directly on the hotel website.
