Seaside Inn Cancellation Policy: 30% deposit is non refundable. Remaining balance is due upon arrival or cancellation within 30 days of arrival. It is a small condo community and reservations are taken to hold unit and cancellations are very difficult to fill after being held. We appreciate your understanding. Balance will be charged for no-shows, cancellations within 30 days or arrival, or early departures. Please be advised that trip insurance is always a good idea if your plans change due to illness, travel disruption, or weather related problems.
Terms and Conditions
The only additional fee you would have is the air conditioning, which is separately metered and runs about $4/night, depending on temperature and duration.
