Property and Cancelation Policies :

- First come, first serve.
- No holds
- Rebooking is allowed for an additional fee of PHP 300 and is valid for 3 months. However, it is non-refundable, and any unused nights will be forfeited.
- This property accepts cashless transactions (Bank Transfer, Gcash, Paymaya, Paypal), credit/debit card and cash.
- Cashless transactions are available.
- The guest is entitled to cancel the agreement by notifying Halcyon Vacation Rentals Inc in writing. Should the guest cancel the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to causes for which the guest is liable the guest shall pay cancellation charges the amount of which is equivalent to: 1. Full amount if canceled 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
2. 50% if canceled within 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
3. No refund if less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival.

- Insufficient Facilities: Hostels may not have specialized facilities such as accessible bathrooms and adjustable beds.
