Pet Policy
We can only allow dogs under 35 pounds in our 3 exterior rooms (8, 9, and 10). Please be advised that in the event of an "accident" we will apply a cleaning fee of $195 to your bill. Pets are not permitted in our interior rooms.
No Smoking
For the comfort of all our guests, the Surfside is a smoke free hotel. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or public areas. *This includes all kinds of cigarettes, cannabis, vaping, cigars, etc. . A $500 cleaning fee will be applied to your room charge for not respecting this policy. This will be billed to your credit card on file. Disabling Smoke Detectors is a violation of the smoking policy and will result in a $500 repair fee.
Damage Policy
Willful or unintentional damage to a room will be charged at applicable repair rates plus a 10% management fee. This will be billed to your credit card on file.
Hotel Property
We have all items for sale in our gift shop. Anything removed from your room will be charged back to your credit card on file.
