- You can cancel or modify reservation 48 hours prior to date of arrival at free of cost.
- Cost 100% of total stay to cancel stays shorter than 2 nights.
- Cost 50% of total stay to cancel stays longer than 2 nights.
- You can cancel or modify reservation 5 days prior to date of arrival at free of cost.
- Cost 50% of total stay to cancel the reservation after notice period.
- You can cancel or modify reservation 10 days prior to date of arrival at free of cost.
- Cost 50% of total stay to cancel the reservation after notice period.
- You can cancel or modify reservation 20 days prior to date of arrival at free of cost.
- Cost 50% of total stay to cancel the reservation after notice period.
- Damage deposit, work reference and background check before confirming your reservation to ensure security of all in-house guests.
- All group bookings require 30% of total stay as non-refundable damage deposit to proceed with reservation.
- For team bookings, every team should have a in-charge person staying in our property and, we require a list for in-house guests.
- Visitors are not allowed during quiet time hours (10pm to 7 am)
- Every discount package is final and separate cancellation policies will apply based on length of stay.
- If you shorten the stay less than eligible nights as required to get specific discount, discount percentage will change based on length of nights as per the policy.
- Corporate Discount 10 % off on total stay - requires minimum 8 nights continuous stay in same unit to qualify.
- Corporate Discount 20 % off on total stay - requires minimum 15 nights continuous stay in same unit to qualify.
- Corporate Discount 30 % off on total stay - requires minimum 27 nights continuous stay in same unit to qualify.
- Corporate Discount will not be applicable for group bookings.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in is after 2:00pm till midnight. We are open for ferry arrivals, must be notified in advance.
- Check-out time 11.am, late check-out charge will be applicable for check-outs after 12 pm.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, also smoking of cannabis is not permitted in designated smoking areas in the property. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in additional charge of $200.00 to your credit card on file.
- Early check-ins are subjected to availability.
- Any inconvenience during the stay must be communicated right away to our front desk agent, to make your stay comfortable.
- We can't process any refunds for in-house issues which is not communicated to us.
- For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, kindly keep your noise level minimal during the quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am.
- No alcoholic drinks after 10:00pm in public areas.
