*Reduce the number of people: Non-refundable; additionally, Viajero-Kokopelli takes the right to sell the bed/room to other clients if they wish.
 
Any modification or cancellation to your reservation during the stay must be reported at the hotel reception at least 24 hours in advance, taking into account the check-in time of each hotel. Otherwise, the previously described conditions will apply.
 
In case of a "No Show" or not showing up at the destination on the day of your reservation, we must charge the first night of your reservation. If your reservation is a non-refundable rate, we must make the full charge for your reservation to the registered credit card.

  • Pets are allowed only for stays in private rooms** - Coordination is direct with reception through email paracas@viajerohostels.com - Only small and medium breeds - The pet must have its own bed; sleeping in the hostel bed is prohibited. - The pet cannot represent a risk to any guest or staff member. - In shared spaces, you must have your chain, and the guest is 100% responsible for attending to the needs of their pets. - Before check out, the staff must conduct a damage inspection during your stay; a penalty will be charged if any damage occurs. -
    - It has an additional cost—15 USD per pet per day of stay.
