is totally independent with air conditioning, private bathroom and hot water,
fully equipped kitchen. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and a large wraparound
terrace with garden views.

Samara Rocks with Villa Bruga & Villa Sandy, are part of Villas Kalimba, located 1 kilometer and a half from the center of Playa Samara (one mile). Villa Bruga & Villa Sandy, these luxury villas each one with swimming pool and private parking share the reception located in Villas Kalimba (downtown) where all our clients arrive to check-in and our reception staff will accompany the client to their villa to provide a general introduction.
- Additionally, Villas Kalimba offers a paid breakfast with prior reservation at the reception one day before 6 pm, which will be served at our Kalimba Restaurant located in Villas Kalimba
- Kalimba Restaurant & Bar open from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm with exquisite Mediterranean & Fusion food (closed on Tuesday)
- Cozy Spa (there are an additional charge for this service). The client must make the reservation at the reception, one day before for this service.

Pre-Payment/ Payment:
• The full balance will be charged 30 days before the arrival date.• All reservations booked within 30 days before the arrival date, payment is due in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund if reservation is canceled 31 days or prior to arrival
• 50% refund for cancellation made 30 up to 15 days before the arrival date.
• No refund for no-show and cancellation made less than 14 days before the arrival date.
These prepayment conditions and cancellation policies apply only to Villas Kamar, Bruga & Sandy.
Prepayment conditions •
The total balance will be charged to your card 60 days before the arrival date.
• All reservations made within 60 days prior to arrival date, payment must be made in full at time of reservation.
Cancellation and refund policy for no-shows:
• Full refund if reservation is canceled 61 days prior to arrival date.
• 50% refund for cancellation made between 60 and 45 days before arrival date.
• No refunds for no shows and cancellations made less than 44 days from the arrival date.

*Pets are not allowed at Kalimba, however, our Villas Kamar, Bruga and Sandy are allowed upon prior request.
*Our parking at Kalimba one vehicle per villa (We have 6 villas with 6 spaces respectively in our parking for each vehicle)
