Welcome to Villas Kalimba
It is in the center of Playa Sámara, features
six villas surrounded by a tropical garden and one pool. Each of these villas
is totally independent with air conditioning, private bathroom and hot water,
fully equipped kitchen. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and a large wraparound
terrace with garden views.
In the same property you will find another luxury house Villa Kamar with swimming pool and private parking, it is distinguished by their design, central location, and the security of a closed house.
Samara Rocks, home to Villa Bruga and Villa Sandy, is part of the Villas Kalimba family. Located just 1.5 kilometers (one mile) from the center of Playa Sámara, both Villa Bruga and Villa Sandy are luxurious villas, each featuring a private pool and parking. Guests check in at the main reception at Villas Kalimba, conveniently located in the downtown area.
- Additionally, Villas Kalimba offers a paid breakfast with prior reservation at the reception one day before 6 pm, which will be served at our Kalimba Restaurant located in Villas Kalimba
- Kalimba Restaurant & Bar open from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm with exquisite Mediterranean & Fusion food (closed on Tuesday)
- Cozy Spa (there are an additional charge for this service). The client must make the reservation at the reception, one day before for this service.
- None of our villas (Kalimba, Kamar, Bruga, and Sandy) are equipped with a washer or dryer. However, we provide a convenient, high-quality laundry service at an affordable cost.
- Friendly reminder: Villa Sandy and Villa Bruga are located 1.5 kilometers from Playa Samara's downtown. A vehicle is recommended for convenient transportation.
- The villa rate is the same for adults and children, regardless of age. This policy ensures a consistent and comfortable experience for all our guests.
The reception of Villas Kalimba offers the tour operator service for the
different activities in the area.
The nearest airport is Nosara 18 km or Liberia Airport 103 km, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

Pre-Payment/ Payment:
• The full balance will be charged 30 days before the arrival date.• All reservations booked within 30 days before the arrival date, payment is due in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund if reservation is canceled 31 days or prior to arrival
• 50% refund for cancellation made 30 up to 15 days before the arrival date.
• No refund for no-show and cancellation made less than 14 days before the arrival date.
These prepayment conditions and cancellation policies apply only to Villas Kamar, Bruga & Sandy.
Prepayment conditions •
The total balance will be charged to your card 60 days before the arrival date.
• All reservations made within 60 days prior to arrival date, payment must be made in full at time of reservation.
Cancellation and refund policy for no-shows:
• Full refund if reservation is canceled 61 days prior to arrival date.
• 50% refund for cancellation made between 60 and 45 days before arrival date.
• No refunds for no shows and cancellations made less than 44 days from the arrival date.

*Pets are not allowed at Kalimba, however, our Villas Kamar, Bruga and Sandy are allowed upon prior request.
*Our parking at Kalimba one vehicle per villa (We have 6 villas with 6 spaces respectively in our parking for each vehicle)
