Phranakorn-Nornlen is a small-sized hotel with just sufficient conveniences need for travelers. We aim to run our hotel as a green hotel, and believe that all resources should be used only as it is needed. We provide wifi internet instead of a personal TV set and a common area fridge instead of an in-room fridge that consumes more electrical power. Here we have green space that is difficult to find nowadays within the city. Our hotel is not close to rapid transport system or is situated right by the road; instead, we hide ourselves in a small alley where guest can truly experience a traditional life of the local Thai community. Nevertheless, going to various places is not a hard thing. Taxi boats that can be reached in a 10 minute walk can take you to several locations with a much more enjoyable experience than a typical taxi service. Please be informed of who we are before making a reservation because we are not hotel with just rooms and facilities. If you love seeking new experience, our hotel is perfect for you.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel building, including guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and all indoor hotel areas. Guests are only permitted to smoke in designated smoking areas located outside the hotel property.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 (noon).
Early Check-in
Early check-in is subject to room availability and the check-out time of the previous guest. Unfortunately, it cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Late Check-out
- Late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved by the front desk. It is not an automatic entitlement.
- Late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 will incur a charge of 50% of the room rate.
- Late check-out after 18:00 will incur a charge equivalent to one full night.
Extra Person Charge
An additional charge of THB 600 per person per night will apply for each extra guest.
Parking
Private parking is not available at our hotel. We recommend guests use public transportation or taxi services, as the hotel is located in a local residential neighborhood.

Room rates and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a reservation has been confirmed, the rate at the time of booking will be honored.
Elevator Access
Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator. All rooms are accessible only by stairs.
Guests who may have difficulty using stairs are kindly advised to consider this before making a reservation.

Visitor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms.
Visitors or unregistered individuals including those invited for personal services or entertainment are not allowed. Any violation of this policy will be addressed by hotel management and may involve notification to local authorities if necessary.
- Minimum 30 days before arrival date -100%* refund.
- Minimum 15 days before arrival date - 50%* refund.
- Cancellation after 15 days or less before arrival date would not be subjected to any refund.
