Reservation Process
After completing a reservation you will receive an email with a pending confirmation form
You will have 3 days to complete a deposit payment and confirm your reservation. 
After completing the deposit payment kindly provide us with a payment slip to our messenger A La Koh Kood or email stay@alakohkood.com
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival after you have completed the deposit payment.
We have the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit.
We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.

Deposit

Damages

During your stay, the rooms and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to the Receptionist will be expected of any damages or breakages in the apartment. 
 
Room Cleaning
Room refreshes will not be offered during stays, if you need housekeeping staff to clean your room, change towels or linen please inform the front desk.

This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls.
It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.
Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The resort assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the Kayak, Sub Board, Floaters.
