Moderate cancellation policy terms: 

• Full refund if cancellation is notified at least 7 days before arrival. If later than 7 days before arrival 1st night will be charged. 
• Suitable for children (3-10 years)
• Suitable for infants (under 2 years)
• No Pets allowed
• Quiet time from 22.00 hr. onwards.
• Surveillance or recording devices on property

Reservation Process
After completing a reservation you will receive an email with a pending confirmation form
You will have 3 days to complete a deposit payment and confirm your reservation. 
After completing the deposit payment kindly provide us with a payment slip to our messenger A La Koh Kood or email stay@alakohkood.com
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival after you have completed the deposit payment.
We have the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit.
We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.  

Payment
Accepts: Cash, Credit Card, Thai Local bank transactions or International Bank Transfer
Deposit
Please transfer the deposit amount (50% from total amount) to us by bank transfer or wise and provide a payment slip of the transaction by email, messenger, instagram or whatsapp.

Smoking Policy
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed, however we do have smoking areas, balcony and terrace for that purpose. 

Pet Policy
Pets Not Allowed.

Damages
During your stay, the rooms and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to the Receptionist will be expected of any damages or breakages in the apartment. 
 
Room Cleaning
Room refreshes will not be offered during stays, if you need housekeeping staff to clean your room, change towels or linen please inform the front desk.

Guest Safety
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement.
This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls.
It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.
Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The resort assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the Kayak, Sub Board, Floaters.  

Restaurant 
Open Everyday Breakfast 07:30 am – 10:00 am,  Lunch 12:00 pm – 14:00 pm, Dinner 17:00 pm – 20:00 pm
