Each villa is identical in size and layout. All are completely independent from one another, loft-like in style with a private plunge pool and private jungle garden, and come equipped with one king size bed and one bathroom. .Bardo has a no children permitted policy. The minimum age for check-in is 18.

To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and fellow guests, please observe the following pet policy guidelines:
Do not leave your pet unattended inside the villa and in the hotel areas.
The charge for the stay of your pet is 700 MXN, nightly. If your pet is a certified service animal, please provide proper documentation to have the fee waived.
No more than two pets per room are allowed in the villas.
The hotel is prepared to accommodate your pet in your room. We accept pets weighing no more than 18 kilos, your pet must be on a leash when on the hotel premises, unless it is inside your villa.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the hotel. The reception can provide you with "clean-up" bags to help you walk your pet.
Any disturbance, such as barking, should be reduced so as not to disturb other guests.
Please contact the Front Desk during your stay to arrange a convenient time for your room service. No attempt will be made to enter your room if there is a pet in it unless
Restrictions: Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, SPA and pool areas of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to service animals.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
Our check-in is at 15:00. However, if we have an early check-out prior to your arrival, you will be able to check-in before without any problem. Meanwhile we will be happy to store your luggage until it is time to register and you may absolutely use our facilities prior.
Later check-out times may be requested directly with our front desk on the check-out date. However we may not always be able to accommodate late check outs and approval will depend on availability.

STANDARD RATE (ST):
Our standard rates are billed per our regular rate policy, where the guest can cancel free of charge until 15 days before arrival.
If the guest cancels more than 15 days or more in advance of the arrival date, the total amount (100%) of the reservation will be refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 15 days in advance to the arrival date, the total amount (100%) of the reservation is non refundable.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE (NR):
Our NR rate is where the total price of the reservation is charged upon receipt of the booking and is non-refundable, not eligible for reimbursement.

HIGH SEASON CHARGES:
ALL reservations made during our high season block of December 25 - January 10, are considered non-refundable reservations at any time.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the entire stay is charged and is non refundable.
In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non refundable.
All reservations prepaid through PayPal are considered non refundable.
Terms and Conditions
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card on file at the time of booking, and up until the day of arrival. The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file 15 days before the arrival date. Non-refundable (NR) rates are charged upon receipt of the booking. If the credit card transaction is declined, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation, the room will then be deemed no longer guaranteed, and will then be reassigned. We will send a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling any booking. Cancellation fees may apply.
If travel arrangements are compromised, a credit will be activated if the reservation is canceled after our free cancellation period. The credit will be valid for a set amount of time. Non-refundable (NR) reservations are not eligible.
Additionally, there will be a hold of 100 USD per night, a maximum of four nights (400 USD) for incidental charges applied to your credit card which will be released upon check out after the room is confirmed in good condition. The incidental hold should be released back to your credit card automatically within 24 hours after you check out. But sometimes it may take up to 3 business days. Hotel Bardo does NOT charge your credit card for this deposit.
You will be paying a fixed price in local currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
The total room charge includes 16% VAT (IVA), 5% City/Lodging Tax (ISH), $31.12 Saneamiento (Sanitation) charge, per room, per night.
The hotel will implement any changes in taxes, fees, and charges according to local law and government regulations. Any change after the booking confirmation will affect the total room charge.
