Nestled between the Glacier Mountains and Middle Fork Flathead River, Stanton Creek Cabins provides a perfect home base for exploring Montana's beautiful Glacier National Park.  This newly renovated park has passionate new owners committed to providing a comfortable welcoming stay for Travelers visiting Glacier National Park. Stanton Creek Cabins offers four different types of cozy Cabins, plus our spectacular new Tree tent Cocoons.  Stanton Creek Cabins also offers Full RV pull-through hook-ups and Tent sites with porta-potty access.

Only 15 minutes from the property, you can be in Glacier National Park on scenic Hwy 2 where no fishing license is required with park admission (catch & release).  Fishing awaits only 300 yards from the property itself.  Bear, Deer, Elk and other wildlife are regular visitors in this gorgeous nature landscape.  Make sure to bring your fishing gear, camera, and hiking boots and you'll be amazed by all that is offered while visiting Glacier National Park.

Stanton Lake Trail Head is located adjacent to the property, and offers a convenient scenic mile-long hike.  Stanton Creek Cabins also provides a Restaurant/Bar on site for guests to enjoy during their stay.  We offer the most convenient location for access to Glacier National Park's East and West entrances as well as the Great Bear Wilderness.

CANCELLATION: Stanton Creek Cabins is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations are 100% refundable if cancelled thirty days (30 days - hotel time), prior to your arrival date. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, your credit card will be charged the total reservation amount plus taxes.  If you cancel any reservation, you must obtain and save the cancellation number for your records.

NO-SHOW CHARGES: Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-Show Fee being charged to your credit card.  You will be charged 100% of your reservation for a no-show.

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendlyresort experience.  The following Policy/House Rules have been establishedbased on industry standards, management, and operational procedures. These Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreementwith you.  As our guest, by reading and signing your registration you areagreeing to abide by all of our Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions, andprocedures.  These Policy/House Rules are presented here to help promoteour guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of theunderstandings between Stanton Creek Cabins and the guest.  Our Policy/HouseRules are subject to change from time to time, so please be sure to read allterms carefully. 
 GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be guaranteed with avalid major credit card.  Guests must be 18 years of age and older. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.  At the time of booking,50% of the entire reservation will be collected. Final payment is due 30 daysprior to arrival. All payments require a credit card. If final payment is notreceived in our office 30 days prior to arrival, the reservation may becancelled and is subject to cancellation policies as outlined. An updatedconfirmation notice will be sent for all payments received. A Team memberwill be in touch within 24 hours via email to finalize your reservation. In therare event we cannot accommodate a confirmed reservation, any money receivedwill be refunded, or better accommodations will beprovided.  Reservations must be cancelled Thirty days (30 days),hotel time, prior to your arrival date, or you forfeit 100% of yourdeposit. Reservations will be held until 11:00AM the morning followingyour scheduled arrival date. Clear Sky Resorts is not responsible for weatherconditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. We recommend purchasingtrip insurance through a third party for your stay. 
SECURITY DEPOSIT- 
 Uponcheck-in, a photo ID and credit card will be taken for incidentals and will becharged in the event any damages happen outside the normal wear and tear of theproperty during your stay. Also, if items are missing, ruined, or the propertyis left above normal dirtiness then we reserve the right to bill accordinglyfor these items. Our team will take photos of damaged items to provide guest.Our accepted credit cards include, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

 EARLY CHECK-IN / PRE-REGISTRATION: Early check-in is offered based onavailability.  If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to4:00PM then Pre-Registration and payment may be required.  Please contactFront Desk staff directly to make reservations and complete a credit cardauthorization form prior to your arrival (406)888-5040. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: Guests must be at least 18 years of age tocheck in at Stanton Creek Cabins. In the interests of security and toprevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing theirvalid government issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport,etc.) at check-in.  A valid, signed, and pre-approved credit card in thename of the guest registration is also required.  It is your responsibilityto fully understand the manner in which your bank processes pre-authorizationsand charges to your credit/debit card.  Some banks hold pendingauthorizations for up to 30 business days. GUEST REGISTRATION: We require valid contact information fromthe guest making the reservations including first and last name, residentialaddress, phone number, and signature.  The names of all guests occupyingthe room must be registered (ARM 37.111.130).  Information regarding yourlicense plate/car description is also gathered at check-in for security. CHECK-OUT TIME: Room rental period expires at 11:00AM.  Additional daycharge, plus tax may apply for late checkout. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out time is 11:00AM, please check-outwith Front Desk so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room as soon aspossible for the next guest(s) arriving.  If you require a latercheck-out, please contact Front Desk prior to the day of your departure and wewill do our best to accommodate your request.  A charge may apply for latecheck-out. EARLY DEPARTURE: Guests who check out of the hotel after11:00AM and prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an earlydeparture fee of one night, plus tax. SPECIAL REQUESTS: We will make every effort to honor specialrequests upon your arrival.  All special requests are noted onreservations and we will do our best to accommodate.  However, the abilityto accommodate any of these requests cannot be guaranteed in advance. ADA/HANDICAPPED ROOMS: ADA compliant guest rooms may be availableand should be reserved in advanced; please contact the hotel directly to checkavailability (406)888-5040. PAYMENT: All reservations and registration must be guaranteed with avalid major credit card.  We accept Visa, Master Card,  and DiscoverCard.  Pursuant to credit card agreements, credit cards are not validunless signed by the cardholder.  Credit cards must be signed. Cash (USD)payment is welcomed with a signed and pre-authorized credit card.  Allguests are required to present a valid major credit card and government issuedphoto identification even if guests are planning on paying in cash uponcheck-out.  Checks and foreign currency are not accepted. CHECKS AND CHECK CASHING: Unfortunately, we do not accept checks andwe do not provide any form of check cashing services. DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD HOLDERS: Your credit card is not validunless signed.  We will refuse an unsigned card. Your Debit or Credit Cardwill be pre-authorized at check-in for the full amount of your stay.  Thepre-authorization will HOLD the funds until check-out, atwhich time the amount actually incurred during your stay will be charged. If you change your method of payment at check-out or change the length of yourstay, your bank may not post the changes to your account immediately.  StantonCreek Cabins has no control over the policies of your bank and will not beheld liable for any “insufficient funds” penalties or any other resulting feesor charges.  It is your responsibility to fully understand the manner inwhich your bank processes pre-authorizations and charges to your debit orcredit card.  Some banks hold pending authorizations for up to 30 days. DEPOSITS AND GUARANTEES: There is a 50% Deposit required to make anindividual room reservation.  If the credit card payment is invalid thereservation will automatically be cancelled. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT FOR GUESTS BY PRIVATETHIRD PARTIES: Generally, thirdparty payment is not permitted.  In the case of paying for a family memberif you will not be physically present at the hotel, we require prior completionand approval of a Credit Card Authorization form including a copy of yourdriver’s license and the front and back of your signed credit card.  Youwill be responsible for any and all damages and loss.  We reserve theright to refuse reservation at any time for any reason. TAX EXEMPT GUESTS: Guests with GSA payment cards will be taxedor exempt in accordance to their individual card status.  If tax exemptstatus cannot be verified at check-in you will be charged a lodging tax untilverification is made. RATES: All rates are quoted in United States currency, plustax.  Rates may increase without notice.  Rates as advertised on the StantonCreek Cabins website or any other website or promotional material are subjectto change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotel’s discretion. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Stanton Creek Cabins is privately owned andoperated.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for anyreason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.  Stanton CreekCabins has a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuseservice or accommodation in our hotel or may remove a person, without refund,who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established bythe State of Montana and the owners for the operation and management of thehotel.  Stanton Creek Cabins will refuse service or evict a guest: forrefusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence ofalcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderlyfashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance withstate liquor laws; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace ofother guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times,seeks to use the hotel for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the hotel:an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive orhazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may bedangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm tohotel property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximumallowable occupancy of room, refuses to abide by the reasonable standards orpolicies established by Stanton Creek Cabins for the operation and managementof our resort (MCA 70-6-511,70-5-512,70-6-513, 70-6-514). QUIET HOURS: 11:00PM-8:00AM (MST)*If you have a concern of a disruptive guest,please contact Front Desk staff immediately.  Televisions, voices, orother devices must always be kept at a respectful volume level.  Doorsshould be opened and closed quietly.  No congregating or running in commonareas during quiet hours. VISITORS: No visitors after 12:00AM (MST), visitors must notify FrontDesk upon their arrival.  Visitors must always be accompanied by theregistered guest.  Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenitiesincluding the Wi-Fi services offered in the Lobby/Restaurant/Bar.  As aregistered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. DISCOUNTS: We do not offer discounted room rates forparticipation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, governmentemployees, etc. CANCELLATION: Stanton Creek Cabins is not responsible for weatherconditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must becancelled thirty days (30 days) hotel time, prior to your arrival date, inorder to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled less than30 days before the arrival date, your credit card will be charged the full roomcharge plus taxes. If you cancel any reservation, you must obtain and savethe cancellation number for your records. NO-SHOW CHARGES: Failure to check in on the scheduledarrival date for a guaranteed reservation guaranteed will result in a No-Showfee being charged to your credit card.  You will only be charged 100% ofyour reservation fee. DO-NOT DISTURB AND ACCESS TO ROOMS: To provide all of our guests with anexceptionally clean and safe resort experience, we provide dailyhousekeeping.  Our Housekeeping Staff will honor the “Do-Not Disturb” doorhanger once during a twelve-hour period indicating that theroom is occupied.  The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter the room atsubsequent times to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the conditionof the room.  Management reserves the right to enter a room with a knownstatus of “Do-Not Disturb” for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency,housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room, its furnishings, andmechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of ourHotel Policy/House Rules.  In the event of suspected illegal activity,management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid ineviction.  The right to privacy ends when a Policy/House Rule isbroken.  Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotelproperty and rooms of evicted guests. CHILDREN: Well behaved children of all ages are welcomed. Children aged18 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more payingadult(s), using existing bedding.  As the parents, guardians, orchaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and mustalways supervise them (MCA 70.6.514).  For safety reasons, please do notleave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotelproperty unsupervised.  Children under the age of 13 are not allowed inthe Restaurant/Bar area without being accompanied and supervised by theirparent/guardian/chaperone. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Room occupancy requirements are based onfire code/fire safety restrictions and are stated in the description of yourroom when booking as well as when you check-in at Stanton Creek Cabins. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rentanother guestroom for proper accommodations or vacate the hotel. ROOM KEYS: Room codes are issued only to the registered guest(s). No room code will be issued to youth under 18 at any time.  I.D. isrequired if you have lost your code and require a reminder.   HOUSEKEEPING/ROOM INSPECTION: Housekeeping is provided daily between thehours of 9:00AM-5:00PM.  This is a 100% NON-SMOKING resort. Rooms arecleaned and inspected daily and a detailed log is maintained on each room andlinen.  Rooms are rented to guests in appropriate condition without anyprohibited odor.  Housekeeping and Front Desk staff are trained andskilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items.  If ourinvestigation concludes that you have smoked in your room, cooked, or brought aprohibited item into our facility, you will be fined, and evicted without anyrefund. LINEN CHANGING: Your comfort is very important to us.  For guestsstaying multiples nights, bed linen is changed on a rotation schedule. Used towels are exchanged for fresh towels daily.  If Housekeeping isunable to change a bed due to personal items left on a bed, a note will beleft.  Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make yourbeds each day if all personal items are removed.  Please contact our FrontDesk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns. LOST & FOUND POLICY: Stanton Creek Cabins assumes no liabilityfor lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings.  If youdiscover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call usimmediately (406)888-5040 and we will try to assist you in locating your lostitem.  We are unable to provide a guarantee of returning any personalbelongings left behind. FOUND ITEMS: Stanton Creek Cabins is not responsible for any item leftbehind by a guest.  However, any item, with the exception of perishableitems, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping willbe collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by theowner for up to fourteen (14) days.  Records of Lost & Found items areretained for five years.  Reasonable effort will be made to notify theguest that an item has found.  Perishable items, underwear, andmiscellaneous toiletries are discarded. RETURN: We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you byUnited States Postal Service.  Unfortunately, we do not offer UPS or FEDEX deliveries for items needing to be returned to guests after check-out. Your credit card will be charged packaging and postage, plus a $10.00 handlingfee.  A separate receipt will be mailed to you.  Stanton Creek Cabinsis not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by theUnited States Postal Service.  Please contact the USPS Customer ServiceDepartment at 1-800-275-8777. UNCLAIMED ITEMS/NO CONTACT: Lost & Found items are held forfourteen (14) days while we attempt to contact the guest.  If guestcontact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we areunable to contact the guest during the fourteen (14) day holding period, theunclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organizations, or disposed ofaccordingly by Stanton Creek Cabins. ALCOHOL POLICY: Registered guests of legal age who choose to bring their ownalcoholic beverages must consume those in their room.  Alcohol is notallowed in public areas such as the lobby, common areas, etc.  Alcoholconsumed during special events served by a licensed caterer with permit toserve/sale alcohol is restricted to those 21 years old or older (valid photoidentification required) and can only be consumed at that event venue (MCA70-6-513, MCA 27-1-710, MCA 16-3-105, MCA16-4-204). FIREARMS AND WEAPONS: The safety and security of our guests andstaff is extremely important to us.  Our Firearms and Weapons Policy isdesigned for the protection of our guests, vendors, staff, and owners, andpertains to the presence of firearms and weapons on hotel premises. StantonCreek Cabins know that guests and vendors may legally possess firearms orweapons for a variety of legitimate purposes.  This policy has beendeveloped to create a safe environment by providing appropriate guidance overthe custody of firearms and weapons on our premises. Stanton Creek Cabinsis private property. Guests, who are lawfully permitted to possess afirearm or weapon, may bring such onto our hotel premises for storage purposesonly, with the understanding that they are personally responsible forfollowing: 1. Guests must abide by all Federal, State, andlocal laws.2. Firearm and weapons must be appropriatelyregistered.3. Firearms must be unloaded4. No cleaning of firearms is permitted on hotelpremises.5. Firearms and weapons must be safeguarded andsecured in either a locked, hard sided firearm container or a soft gun caseprovided by the guest at all times and clearly labeled with their name andcontact information.6. No firearms or other weapons in the breakfastarea.7. Damages caused by arrowheads will be chargedaccordingly, please be careful. Guests and vendors who fail to abide by ourpolicy may be asked to leave the hotel premises, are subject to trespass andmay be subject to further legal action.  Exempted from this policy are lawenforcement officers and designated military personnel who are on-duty andrequired to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.  Noexemption to this policy is allowed for private persons, even those licensedand permitted to carry a firearm openly or concealed under local, state, orfederal law, are exempt from this policy.  It is our policy to promptlyturn over any firearms left on the property to the Flathead County Sheriff'sOffice if we are unable to contact the owner.  Questions concerning thesepolicies or its implementation may be addressed to the Stanton Creek Cabins SiteManager directly (406)888-5040.(MCA 70-24-110). BICYCLES / HOVERBOARDS / ROLLER BLADES: Bicycles, Hover boards, and roller bladesare not permitted in guest rooms.  Depending on available space, FrontDesk staff will be happy to secure these items in our Lobby or StorageRoom.  We assume no liability for theft, loss, and/or damage, and youwaive any and all such liability. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OR FIRE: Please notify Front Desk in the event of afire or other emergency, and they will contact proper channels to address theissue for resolution. NO IN-ROOM PARTY: Stanton Creek Cabins enforces a “No In-RoomParty” Policy to ensure we can protect the resort and our guests at alltimes.  No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed ortolerated on the premises.  In the event of a disturbance, one politerequest (warning) will be given to reduce the noise.  If our request isnot followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 12:00AM.  If found withmore people not listed on the Guest Registration Form after 12:00AM your staywill be considered a party.  You will be ordered to vacate the premiseswithout refund and may be charged an additional Guest Compensation DisturbanceFee. FREE WiFi ACCESS: Stanton Creek Cabins is a campground basedgetaway, and has access to WiFi for free to all of our registered guests. Please keep in mind, with the location of our resort the connection is notguaranteed to be typical WiFi most are used to.  The resort WiFi accesscode is subject to change without notice.  WiFi signals are subject tochange without notice depending on the guest’s location, the status of our WiFi-equipment,and interference from other wireless signals. WIFI IS TYPICALLY ONLY AVAILABLEIN THE TAVERN AREA. Stanton Creek Cabins assumes no liability for guestuse. ENFORCEMENT: All staff is trained and required to respond to potentialviolations of our Policy/House Rules.  Guests who refuse to abide by thereasonable standards and policies established by Stanton Creek Cabins forsafety of all guests, staff, owners, property, and the operation and managementof the resort will be evicted, with no refund (MCA 70-6-511).  In additionto the room charge, a minimum $300.00 cleaning fee per room will be charged forinfraction(s) of our Policy/House Rules. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Stanton Creek Cabins makes its best effortsto ensure that all the information that appears on its website isaccurate.  However, no warranty, expressed or implied, is given that theinformation provided on this website is error free. Stanton Creek Cabinsdoes not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions, and reserves theright to change the information published at EPIDEMICS: Clear Sky Resorts reserves the rightto refuse accommodations to a guest arriving with a contagious disease. In cases where sickness occurs during the stay, please notify the Front Deskstaff.  In the case of serious sickness, you may be requested to receiveappropriate healthcare from the nearest healthcare facility.  Duringepidemics we are entitled to employ precautionary measures within our judgmentor as required by local authorities.  We may charge you a room cleaningfee as we deem appropriate under the circumstances. INFESTATION: The cleanliness of our rooms is extremely important to ourguests.  If you bring any infestation into your room or onto our hotelpremises, we may charge you for any and all costs and expenses, includingimmediate or urgent response requirements and loss of room revenue, that we deemnecessary to address the infestation. PARKING AT OWN RISK: All vehicle(s) must be listed on theregistration at check-in.  Parking for registered guest(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Stanton Creek Cabinsshall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, orcontents while operated or parked on the resort property.  If a vehicle isleft in the resort parking lot after the guest has departed without the writtenconsent of the resort, the resort reserves the right to have the vehicle towedat the owner’s expense.  No vehicle repairs permitted on resort premises. DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: You are liable for any damage caused(whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s),resort’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whetheror not staying at the resort during your stay.  Stanton Creek Cabins reservesthe right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented atregistration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as itshall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costor expenses incurred or suffered by Stanton Creek Cabins as a result of theaforesaid.  Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed,we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debitcard for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay,including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damageditems, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.  We will makeevery effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialistto make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any coststhat the guest would incur to a minimum. DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT: Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around,incomplete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deepcleaning fee, administration fee and/or third-party fees. DAMAGE TO ROOM: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment includingthe removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charge at120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handlingcharges.  Any damage to resort property, whether accidental or willful, isthe responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room.  Anycosts associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the creditcard of the registered guest.  In extreme cases, criminal charges will bepursued. DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING: Damage to mattresses and linen including;towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use ofbody oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the specialcleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article. DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS/FIRE-FIGHTINGEQUIPMENT: Stanton CreekCabins reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found tohave tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the resort,including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, and fireextinguishers.  Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any firedetection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred bythe resort due to their actions and will be evicted from the resort. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, law enforcement may becomeinvolved at the resort’s discretion.  Should the fact that fire-fightingor detection equipment had
