Guests are required to check in at the front counter. Payment and ID / Driver's License will be required in order to check in. a security deposit may be required depending on party size/ pets. etc.
Squirrel Tree management, and staff reserve the right to cancel or modify any reservation for reason including but not limited to: Errors in pricing, taxes, room rates, Availability, Fraud, and high demand.
Any pet damage, smoking damage, damage to squirrel tree property, or burning of candles will be assessed by management and staff and your credit / debit card will be charged accordingly.
Visiting day guests are the responsibility and financial responsibility of the registered guest. Failure of visiting guests to abide by terms and conditions may result in expulsion from the property.
We do not offer rollaway beds, or cribs.
We do not offer daily housekeeping as a standard but can do so upon request and for an extra fee.
