Terms and Conditions
Check in/Check Out: Check in starts at 4:00pm and Check-Out is at 11:00am. If you want a Late Check-out, please contact the reception as soon as possible, if the late check out is available it would be $10.00 per hour/per person and it will be charged to your credit card. Children will not be allowed on the balcony. If you choose to shorten your stay or check out earlier, please know that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation as booked. Refunds are not given for early departure. The reception hours will be from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. We are not responsible for valuables left in the rooms. Money, jewelry, and other valuables must be left in the room's safe box. There is a silent period from 9pm to 8am. No party or event allowed in the Guesthouse. We don't allow food or drinks from another establishment. We reserved the right to admission.
NO SMOKING Policy: Smoking is not allowed any where inside the Guesthouse, rooms, balconies, rooftop, or hallways. We are very strict with this policy. If you smoke inside the Guesthouse (common areas, room, balconies, rooftop, or corridors) we will be making a charge of $250.00 + taxes to your card.
Services: Beach Towels, Iron and Ironing Board will be freely available in the reception area in the restaurant. Any items not returned upon check out will have a $40/fee charged to the credit card on file.
Pets: Only service animals are accepted at the Guesthouse. Proper documentation and identification will have to be provided upon check-in. Otherpets are not allowed in the establishment. A hold of $200.00 will be placed onyour credit card for incidental damages. Guests must take full responsibilityfor the behavior of the animal inside and outside the room.
Additional charges:
-$75.00 HOLD for incidental deposit. Extra charges may apply depending on the damage cost of the articles.

Breakfast: Breakfast is served daily from 8:00amto 10:00am. It includes 1 Classic Breakfast or 1 order of original pancakes with 1 juice or 1 coffee per person. You must present a voucher to redeem breakfast. It will not be allowed to redeem the coupon outside the established hours. Certain Restrictions apply and the tip is not included.
Restaurant: We open everday. Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 9pm. Friday and Saturday from 8am to 10pm. You can see the restaurant menu at www.redflamboyan.com or in our social media.
Rooftop: The Rooftop will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and is for guests only. Please read the instructions to use our facility.
Parking: Parking is free and is subject to availability on our property. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or your belongings.
