- Customers, Institutional and Travel Agencies, and Tour Operators can request the cancellation or modification of their reservations by email 15 days or up to 7 days in advance of the date of entry in periods of low or high demand, at a cost of 10% of the total value of the reservation due to the opportunity cost involved and administrative expenses. If cancellation is required, you must request it (via email), or via whatsapp to be able to record your request.
- In case of notifying your request for cancellation or reservation modification in a period of less than 7 days, you will not have the right to a partial or total refund of the amount or amount paid.

CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING
* Check in is from 3pm. and check out is until 12hrs. of the last day. * In the event that your reservation is made for one night, you must pay 100%, via transfer or webpay, during the next 24 hours that you make this reservation, only in this way will you secure your cabin. And in the case of booking for more than one night, you must pay 50% of the total of your reservation. Otherwise, your reservation will be released and it will not be allowed to modify or cancel it due to the proximity of the Check In date.* For Reservations made in Booking for one night, 100% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card, only in this way you secure your cabin. And in the case of booking for more than one night, 50% of the total reservation will be charged to your credit card. If we are not able to charge, there is no confirmed reservation for the client.
* Reservation payments made with foreign currency by bank transfer or other means of payment, we inform you that the administrative and / or commission expenses generated by this transaction must be assumed by the guest who manages the payment, since our cabin is not responsible for said transactions or charges that are incurred by the same.
* For Reservations with a significant discount in the rate (normally equal to or greater than 10%) it is stipulated that the total amount of said reservation must be paid and there is no possibility of modification and / or cancellation. This must be kept in mind when you want to access this type of offer and only take advantage of them if you are sure that you will be able to travel on this date.* Only the number of people informed at the time of booking can be accommodated in each cabin, taking into account the number of people allowed in the different types of cabins offered.
NOTES: * RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. IN THE EVENT THAT OUR RATES SUFFER CHANGES, THE DIFFERENCE IN RATES MUST BE PAID IN THE CASES THAT APPLY.* ONCE THE RESERVATION IS MADE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING OUR POLICIES AND CONDITIONS.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
- When there is a payment made as a guarantee of a reservation and due to circumstances beyond the Client's control, he/she cannot make his trip, the cancellation or modification of the reservation will be allowed with the same characteristics of the Initial reservation, as long as the request is made in the time stipulated in our cancellation or reservation modification policies.
- The refund of the amount in the cases that apply, will be managed according to the established policies, and will be reimbursed by the means that best suits the cabins, discounting transaction costs incurred by the refund.
- All refunds will have a period of 10 business days for reimbursement of payment made with bank transfer, or debit card, and 20 business days for payment made with credit cards, for processing from the date of request for the reimbursement.

POLICIES FOR LOST OR FORGOTTEN OBJECTS
Haiku Cabañas, is not responsible for lost or forgotten objects, however, given the large number of lost or forgotten objects in our cabins, or within the enclosure in general, we have designed a Lost Property Policy allocating a place to store them if found, in order that our guests have the possibility of recovering them for a certain time. Location: All items will remain stored in the Laundry WarehouseProcedure: When the waiters find a lost or forgotten object, either in the cabins or in our facilities, they must deliver it to the reception staff.The receptionist will complete the form with the guest's name, cabin number, name of the forgotten object, and the guest's contact number, and in turn will contact the guest to notify them of the forgotten object.
Delivery: For the delivery of said object, the day and time of delivery in our cabins must be coordinated in advance, so as not to hinder the activities of the reception staff.The Owner must sign the internal lost property delivery form and must present the documentation that validates their identity, give a description, to proceed with the delivery.For users who cannot come to collect the lost object personally, they may authorize a third party or attach a photocopy of the identity card of the owner of the object and of the authorized to claim by letter or email with the full requirements and the internal delivery format .Custody, deposit and destruction: Lost Objects will remain stored in the laundry warehouse for six months, taking into account the date of receipt.**The objects that have not been claimed during said period of time, will be donated to nonprofit entities or foundations.
