boasting Cocomat mattresses and pillows, featuring luxurious towelling and
Natural Greek Fabrics with Olive Era beauty amenities.

landscaping and lighting add to the ambience, beckoning you to meander from
your suite into an oasis of nature and serenity. Designed by KKMK in collaboration with Oval Studios, the property features digitally designed Cycladic curves inspired by the topography of the island, whilst combining contemporary architectural design with sleek minimalism. Our luxury suites in Pollonia are divided into three room types that reflect their size, orientation, and amenities. Some White Pebble Suites have private plunge pools, others have larger terraces, comfy sofa-beds for an extra guest, or wrap-around sea views. Children over the age of 10 are welcome.
The Village by WPS
All suites feature a lofted bedroom with a queen-size bed, accessible by stairs, and a single bathroom. Rigani, the largest suite, accommodates up to four guests with a spacious living area and a double sofa bed. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, hot plates, combi oven, dishwasher, and washing machine — ideal for families and longer stays. Thimari also sleeps up to four and includes a kitchenette for preparing light meals. The Junior Suites, Maidanos and Vassiliko, are designed for couples. Both feature a cozy living space and a well-equipped kitchenette.
All suites open onto a semi-private terrace for relaxed outdoor moments. Each morning, a breakfast box will be delivered to your suite.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a 30% cancellation fee applies.
If a reservation is cancelled within 21 days of arrival the full charge of the entire stay applies.
If a reservation is cancelled for more than 30 days prior to the arrival, the guest will be fully refunded.
This rate allows booking modifications only 30 days prior to your arrival, after that 100% cancellation fees of the total cost of reservation will apply.
In case of no-show or late arrival or early departure than originally booked, the total price of the stay will be charged.
2025 Non Refundable Rate
All non refundable rates are paid in full upon making the reservation and are totally non refundable.
In case of no-show or late arrival or early departure than originally booked, there will be no refund.
Special Events
Conditions as specified upon booking your event
We can offer you a late check out until 16:00pm for 75 euro. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, we can store your luggage and you can use the facilities at White Pebble Suites.
Room Allocation:
All our rooms have been uniquely built to blend into the architectural design.
This means each room is different in size and shape.
All rooms will be assigned within their category according to availability.
Terms and Conditions
1. Prices and overnight tax
Prices are subject to change at anytime.
Stay Overnight Tax & Environmental tax is applied from 01/01/2025 as per Law all travellers overnighting at any accommodation in Greece are subject to pay “STAY OVERNIGHT TAX” upon their checkin or check out.– This tax is equal to 2(two)Euro and 50(fifty)Cents per room per night. The above rates do not include this tax. The Hotel is responsible to charge and receive the relevant amount directly from guests. According to the law, the amount of the residence tax is determined on the basis of the category of the hotel, which is indicated on the GNTO license.
- The management reserves the right to change all rates in case of a Value Added Tax adjustment (VAT),regulated by the Government
Deposit, Payment and confirmation policy:
A 30% of the total stay will be taken as a deposit for every reservation per suite.
Full Payment for the entire stay is required 10 days prior guest's arrival.
