Payment and Terms
A valid photo ID is required upon check-in as well as a breakage deposit of $300 which will be released on checkout.
Lost keys or remotes will incur a replacement charge above the breakage deposit
All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults and the number of children.We love groups and families, however when booking please keep the maximum occupancy in mind. If children occupy a bed they are considered a guest.
Got babies? Children under 2 are free and we've got pack-and-play and cribs and highchairs available upon request, subject to availability.
Parking
Each apartment comes with 2 free secure parking spaces and a remote control. We also have a secure bike storage area
Check-in and Check- out
You can check-in any time from 3PM local time. 24hrs prior to your arrival we will send you the unique code to enter the complex and the apartment.We will also pre authorise your card with the security deposit. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room/apartment has been received and approved.On arrival you will find in the apartment swipe keys and remote controls for the garage. The cost of any keys or remotes needing replacement will be taken from the deposit.
Check-out any time up until 11AM local time. Please leave the swipe keys and the remote in the apartment and lock the door. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.
The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 workdays
No Parties or excessive noise
You are on holiday and we know you will love our entertainment area and pool. However we have a strict no party policy and ask you to respect the other guests and make no excessive noise between 10 p.m and 8 a.m. If we have to attend the property due to complaints a fee will be incurred
Non smoking
The property is strictly no smoking. Which means smoking is not allowed in the apartments, balconies or on the grounds.
