Parking is free of charge and is available next to room or on side street. Wi-fi is available free of charge.
Smoking in your room(s) is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in no less than a $250 cleaning charge. Smoking areas are provided throughout the outside areas of the motel, please use them.
Leave keys on night stand or table and housekeeping will pick them up.
We do not have a person on site after hours, if you have an emergency please reach out to owner at (360)789-1144.
We do allow dogs (no cats or other animals allowed) in designated rooms and charge an additional $20 per pet, per night. If you are travelling with a dog please notify the front desk so we make sure you are placed in a pet friendly room. If it is discovered that an unauthorized pet has been in your room a $50 fee will be billed to your credit card. We do not allow pets to be left unattended in your guest room. We ask that you either take your pet with you or crate your pet avoid damage to the guestroom.
Guest may be charged $25 which is applied to their stay for any room keys not retrieved/returned.
Guest is responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay.
Any excessive cleaning to your room will be automatically billed to your credit card. This includes bedding or towels taken out of room, or damaged from smoke, fire, or hair dye. This will be determined by management alone.
We ask that all our guests respect their neighbors and refrain from excessive noise. If at any time management feels that you are causing too much disturbance you will be evicted from the premises without refund.
Maximum occupancy is two adults per bed.
Pre-authorization of credit card is done in the amount of the first nights stay up to 7 days prior to arrival.
We take full payment of reservation when guest checks in.
Must be 18 years of age to stay when travelling alone.
All rooms are on ground level. We currently do not provide wheelchair accessibility or special needs in our rooms.
