This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

Late check out (after 11:00 AM and before 2:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancellation Policies:
A full payment of your stay is required to hold the booking. Full payment is collected at the time of booking.
You can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your check-in date, based on a 3pm check in time. When your cancellation has been confirmed you will receive an email from us and we will refund your booking.
For cancellations within 72 hours of your arrival or no shows, your credit card will be charged for one night's accommodation.
If you book "non refundable" rate, then we are unable to refund your booking.
Your credit card details will be required on arrival and held on the system to cover any damage to the property during your stay with us.

No smoking in any of the rooms or common areas. Designated smoking areas available.
To respect other guests staying at the property, please keep noise at a minimum, please note we do not allow parties in rooms/communal areas for individual bookings.

The elbowroom escape reserve the right to evict guests if the rules of the property are not adhered to.
