Our air-conditioned rooms are well equipped and include an en suite bathroom, table and chairs, microwave, a refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities as well as cutlery crockery and a toaster. 
 Portable cots can be requested at the front desk.
Pet friendly rooms are available. Conditions do apply.

Breakfast can be served to the room and Woolworths supermarket is just across the road.

1.       Any cancellation of booking between 24hours prior to check-in time and 2 hours prior to check-in is $50.
2.       Any cancellation of booking between 2 hours prior to check-in and after that will be charged one full night accommodation.
3.       Please advise us early to avoid cancellation fees.

2.       Standard Queen Room (1 Queen bed): Pricing is for 2 guests only
3.       Double/Twin Room (1 Queen & 1 Single bed): Maximum 3 guests
4.       Family Room (1 Queen & 2 Single beds): Maximum 4 guests
5.       Two Bedroom Suite (1 Queen & 4 Single beds): Maximum 6 guests
6.       Weekly room rates mean rooms do not get serviced daily. Please contact us for weekly rates.
7.       Discounted rates mean minimal room service only.
8.       Our rooms come with partial Kitchen facilities Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, plates, cutleries.
9.       Our rooms are non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke can do so outside the rooms. Smoking charges apply for smoking inside rooms.
10.     We are happy to assist our guests to the maximum possible. If you are uncomfortable pls speak to reception.
11.     We have pet friendly rooms and non-pet friendly rooms available.
12.     Pet fee $20 will be charged additional during check-in time for the duration of stay. Pet care terms & conditions apply as below. Please ask reception during
           check-in. if in doubt ask. 
13.     We do have ramp facilities for the people with Accessibility and special needs. Separate rooms will be allocated for those in need.
14.     Our liability is limited to room charges only. If you have any issues after check-in, please speak to reception so we can resolve as soon as possible. We may
           allocate another room depends on the availability or we will refund the full amount if you are not happy with our room.
15.     We do not take any responsibility after check-out of the room next day.

We do not take any responsibility if your Dog/Pet is harmed whilst staying with us
