Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations booked on Special Event Dates require a 2 week cancellation. Cards on file will be charged 2 weeks in advance. No exceptions.
Our special Event weekends include ALL Home game KSU Football games, Winter Graduation, and Spring Graduation. These event dates will vary each year.
If booking the 21-AP rate, please note these reservations are charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived. I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay any part of the full amount of these charges. I shall be
responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or its contents. Maximum occupancy levels are as follows: Queen Standard 4; Queen Suite 6; King Standard 2; King Suite 4; King Executive Suite 6. Check-In is 4:00pm. Check Out is 11:00am. There is a fee for Early Check In or Late Check Out and is based upon availability. All guestrooms are Non‑Smoking. If there is evidence of smoking, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed.
- Pets are allowed in authorized rooms for $45.00 per pet, per night. Unauthorized pets can result in extra fees or eviction.
- CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION ‑ I authorize the Bluemont Hotel to pre‑authorize my card to use towards room, tax, and for incidental charges (15% of bill or $50). I understand the pre‑authorization will tie up the current funds in my bank account. I will not hold the Bluemont Hotel responsible for any delays experienced with releasing these funds after check‑out. Our system will automatically increase pre‑authorizations based on your daily incidental charges. ***A pre‑authorization means funds will appears as "pending" until funds are available for a final charge.***
- A $10.00 parking fee is included in the cost of each room.
- There is an optional $1.00 fee per night for our Area Community Fund included in the cost of each room. These funds go to local non‑profit organizations. If you do not wish to donate to the ACF, please inform guest services during check in.
