I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay any part of the full amount of these charges and I shall be
responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or its contents. Maximum occupancy levels are as follows: Queen Standard 4; Queen Suite 6; King Standard 2; King Suite 4; King Executive Suite 6. Check-In is 4:00pm. Check Out is 11:00am. There is a fee for Early Check In or Late Check Out and is based upon availability. All guestrooms are Non‑Smoking. If there is evidence of smoking, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. 
Pets are allowed in authorized rooms for $25.00 per pet, per night. Unauthorized pets can result in extra fees or eviction. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION ‑ I authorize the Bluemont Hotel to pre‑authorize my card to use
towards room, tax, and for incidental charges (15% of bill or $50). I understand the pre‑authorization will tie up the current funds in my bank account. I will not hold the Bluemont Hotel responsible for any delays experienced with
releasing these funds after check‑out. Our system will automatically increase pre‑authorizations based on your daily incidental charges. ***A pre‑authorization means funds will appears as "pending" until funds are available for a final charge.*** There will be an optional $1.00 fee per night for our Area Community Fund. These funds go to local non‑profit organizations. If you do not wish to donate to the ACF, please inform guest services during check in.
