FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I CHECK IN EARLY?
We apologise as our earliest check-in time is 2:00 PM. Our team will need time to disinfect the unit after the guests after guests checkout. We hope you understand.
CAN I REQUEST FOR LATE CHECK OUT?
Late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability. If there is no guest due to check in, late check-out until 2PM is allowed at half the price of the room rate. Meanwhile, late check-out past 2pm is allowed at full room rate.
ARE VISITORS ALLOWED?
Yes, visitors are allowed but not overnight stay. Visiting hours is only from 9am to 11pm. Only guests registered with PH Staycation are allowed to stay overnight. Please message us if you want your visitors to be registered as guests. Extra charge of PHP 500 per stay may or may not be applied, depending on the number of guests you booked online.
DO YOU HAVE A NETLIFX or LOCAL CHANNELS?
We apologize as we can no longer provide Netflix accounts to our guests due to recent changes in Netflix's policies. Youtube meanwhile can still be watched on TV.
Local and international channels are not available. You may watch Netflix on TV using your own account.
DO YOU HAVE A PARKING SLOT?
No parking included in the booking. Limited slots are available in the building, at a rate of PHP 1000. There are also pay parking garages at Landers Superstore, Uptown Uptown Parade, and Uptown Mall. Overnight rates at these parking lots range between PHP 800 to PHP 2,500.

HOW DO I EXTEND MY STAY?
Please message us a day or 24 hours before check-in date to modify your booking. You may also go directly to the website to book an extension or message us to check the availability.
CAN I ADD MORE GUESTS?
As per Uptown Parksuites policy, we are not allowed to exceed the maximum number of guests per unit for social distancing. Please check your booking details and message us if we can add more guests. Additional charge for extra guests is P500 per stay.
HOW DO WE DISPOSE OUR GARBAGE?
Garbage should be placed in the plastic trash bags provided. Pick-up from the unit is every:
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM only
You may call the lobby via intercom on the said schedule above to request for a staff to collect the garbage.
Please do not leave the garbage outside the unit to avoid penalty of P2000-P10,000.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit and common areas of the building. There is no designated smoking area in the property.
You may check the smoking area on the nearby establishments such as Xylo's, Denny's, Uptown Mall 4th floor, or Uptown Parade.

What is the fee on my booking for?
The fee of P1300 is for cleaning and linen fee. You may also see extra guests fee on your booking, which depends on how many guests you booked.

Are extra linens, extra towels, flat iron and hairdyer provided?
Yes, these are available in the cabinet.

Do you have washer/ dryer?
Yes, but the dryer doesn't fully dry the laundries. We have hangers and clothes rack to hung your clothes.

Standard check-in time is 2pm and no early check-in is available.

* When there is a need for urgent maintenance or repairs that could affect the safety and well-being of our guests or the property itself.

By making a reservation at our property, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
* Guests are responsible for adhering to the specified check-out time of 11:00 AM.
* If a guest chooses to check out beyond the designated check-out time and without prior approval, they may be subject to additional fees as outlined in our policy.
* We are not liable for any inconvenience or disruptions caused by a delayed check-out.
* While we value your privacy, we reserve the right to enter the unit premises for the reasons stated above.
* We are not responsible for any items left behind by guests after their departure. We recommend checking all areas of the accommodation before leaving.
