The Eichardt's Early Escape rate is both non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking, inclusive of a 2.5% non-refundable credit card surcharge. All payments are final and taken from the Credit Card provided for guarantee, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. Date changes are not permitted; once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be modified or transferred to another date or guest.
Peak Seasons (1 July - 5 October, 15 Dec - 30 April): Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 30 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.

Terms and Conditions
Booking Procedure: We require a valid Credit Card number, expiry date & CVC with which to take a 50% deposit up front to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received this deposit. Accounts are to be settled on departure.
A non-refundable GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 2.5% for Visa, Mastercard & Amex.
