Property and Cancellation Policies :
Standard Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked will be charged if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season Cancellation: period (20th December 2021 – 10th January 2022); Cancellation within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.
Penthouse Cancellation: within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.
Groups Cancellation: Group (4+ Suites) Reservation Cancellation within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.
Covid-19 Cancellation: If the city or area in which the guest permanently reside or Queenstown is under government travel restrictions and affects his/her ability to travel, we can amend the booking to an alternative date or hold the deposit as a credit to be used within twelve (12) months from the original arrival date. New dates are subject to availability and any rate difference will be applied.

COVID-19 Traffic Light Policy: From 3 December 2021 we will be operating under the new COVID-19 Traffic Light System. All guests (aged 12 and over) must be double vaccinated and have a valid My Vaccine Pass to show upon arrival and in all venues.
