Standard Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked will be charged if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season Cancellation: (16 Dec - 30 April); Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 30 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.
Penthouse Cancellation: within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.
Groups Cancellation: Group (4+ Suites) Reservation Cancellation within 90 days incurs 50% charge, within 45 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.

Terms and Conditions
Booking Procedure: We require a valid Credit Card number, expiry date & CVC with which to take a 50% deposit up front to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received this deposit. Accounts are to be settled on departure.
A non-refundable GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 2.5% for Visa, Mastercard & Amex.
