-Before booking your new date , 7 days advance notice is required.
-Postponements will be valid until 2 months from previous booking date.
-For your new date , if the price is higher you must pay for difference.
-No show on arrival date, will be charge with full amount.
Terms and Conditions
1. Check in time is since 02 .00 pm. Check out time is before 12.00 pm.
If over time additional charge will be THB 500 per hour.
2. Kindly clean up the kitchen equipment and utensils when finished. Leaving it messy and dirty will result in THB 500 fine. Kindly Throw trash into outside bin. Leaving it inside the villa will result in THB 500 fine. If your group is staying in multiple villas ; please do not move items or furniture to another villa.
3. NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED DURING YOUR STAY. This is a residential area. Please respect other residence living here. Incase you violate this rule, 100% of your security deposit will be forfeited.
4. Please take care of your belongings. We will not be responsible for any personal belongings lost during your stay. If we find your belongings after your departure we will keep it in LOST and FOUND.
5. SMOKING inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Penalty: 2,000 Baht.
6. If you are caught bringing unregistered guests there will be a penalty of THB 1,000 /person.
7. Pet are not allowed please inform us , There is additional charge.
8. You are responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests.
9. If you have lost, stolen or damage the key or key chain: a fee THB 500 will be charged to you.
10.Do not allow drones in the villas , need to ask for our permission first.
11. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total room rate is required upon booking.
12. If you’re impacted by unforeseen travel restrictions, you are entitled to amend your dates to the upcoming 6 months with no extra charge.
