Built in 1879 and 1886, the Queen Anne was originally occupied by the
Tabor family. The doors were opened to the public in 1987, when the
Queen Anne became the first urban bed and breakfast in Denver. The two
side-by-side Victorian homes have been quiet observers of Denver's birth
and growth throughout the years.
Conveniently located within minutes from downtown, we manage to keep a
calm and peaceful environment as the city springs into high rises around
us. Benedict Fountain Park is located directly across the street from
the B&B, creating an open, natural, space. Both the Queen Anne and
the park form an oasis of peace in the middle of a rapidly developing
and happening city. It has become a favorite place of rest for both
leisure and business travelers.
The comfort of our guests and support of our community are our top
priorities. We pledge to provide the finest service and facilities to
our guests, and to support our local economy through use of their goods

Our bed and breakfast is a strictly enforced non smoking facility. There is an assessed charge if it is found that smoking occurred in a a guest room. We do have an outdoor courtyard space where customers are allowed to smoke. No pets, no disabled access, children 12 and above are welcome. Check in-time is 3PM-9PM. Check out time is by 11AM. If your arrival is delayed for any reason, please call before 9pm so we can make special late night arrangements. If your arrival or departure is later, we will keep your luggage for you in the office. Third person option is available in select rooms with an additional $35.00 charge plus tax. We have limited, free parking available to our customers on a first come, first serve basis. The Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for any damage or theft to the guest vehicles during your stay.
