We are a family business, attended by its own owners. Inside the lodging we have a capacity of 8 rooms and a total of 16 people, distributed over two floors.Inside the dependencies they will be able to count on a common terrace, where the passengers may meet outdoors, in addition to this, we have the dining room (breakfast room), which has a kitchen and living and reception spaces so that passengers can use.All our rooms have TV, internet, central heating and a capacity of 4 vehicles parked inside the enclosure.
Our lodge is focused on self-service. From the time of check-in the passenger has access to all the aforementioned dependencies, as long as they do not generate damage to the lodging and a correct operation for the other passengers.
Terms and Conditions.
Reservations: For any request for reservation and/or accommodation information, this must be generated by a physical backup channel (Email, WhatsApp, text message), with the aim of allowing support for both the user and the establishment. . Three basic data must be sent for these requirements.

Modifications: For any modification prior to 14 days of arrival, it will be subject to room availability for the new date indicated.
Cancellation: Cancellations can be made without cost, before 7 days of arrival. After this, the totality of your reservation will be charged, if it corresponds to one night, if it is greater than or equal to two nights, 50% of the total invoiced will be charged.
Payments: All pending payment amounts, whether from applications such as Booking, Trivago, Agoda, HotelesYou, Airbnb, Expedia, etc. Including reservations made by WhatsApp and email, you must make the total payment or remaining amounts at the time of generating your check-in.
Sanctions: All damages perceived at the time of check-out will be charged separately.
Damaged or lost sheets and towels: 10,000 Chilean pesos
Damaged or lost remote control: 5,000 Chilean pesos
Damaged or lost lamp: 15,000 Chilean pesos
Room keys, damaged or lost: 5,000 Chilean pesos
Damage to common areas: According to assessment
Bad behavior: If the behavior affects other passengers, the lodging may proceed to the expulsion (early check-out) of the guest, without the opportunity for a refund.
Parking: The parking spaces provided by the accommodation will be subject to the arrival of each vehicle, these will not be stored (capacity 4 vehicles), they must be organized according to their departure. maximum arrival of each vehicle 22:00, after this you can enter but you must leave the keys of your vehicle at reception in the event that a vehicle requires to leave in advance.
Common areas: All common areas may be used freely by each passenger, without altering the order and coexistence of each one. Each of these is and will be responsible for the order and cleanliness of these spaces.
Towels and toilet paper: Each and every one of the passengers will have the responsibility to maintain and take care of these resources, the hostel will provide them every two days if necessary. this responds to an internal policy of being kind to the environment.
Refrigeration: Each passenger is responsible for their food and for removing it from the maintenance area at check-out. If these are not properly labeled or marked, they will be eliminated.
Room cleaning: If access is not required for the correct cleaning of the rooms, this must be reported at the time of check-in or personally to the maid on duty.
Pets: The lodging is limited to receiving pets in its premises (flexible policy). However, this can be previously informed to see the flexibility, if accepted, the pet must sleep in the breakfast area in its proper cage, outside its room in its proper cage or inside the room in its proper cage. For this to happen, the pet must be well behaved and not be disruptive or annoying to other passengers.
If you find sheets, towels in poor condition, feces inside the room or bad smells. A charge of 15,000 Chilean pesos will be generated apart from the total of your reservation.
