NoaNoa Island is an Adult-Only retreat nestled in the heart of Taytay, surrounded by a vibrant Marine Sanctuary. With only six rooms accommodating a maximum of twelve guests, our exclusive resort offers a uniquely intimate and personalized experience, setting us apart from the traditional resorts.
At NoaNoa Island, our mission is to create a haven for couples seeking serenity, connection, and rejuvenation. Rooted in sustainable practices and nestled within a marine sanctuary, we are committed to providing an unforgettable retreat experience while actively preserving and protecting the delicate ecosystem that surrounds us. Local fishermen help significantly reduce pressure on marine biodiversity by avoiding harmful fishing methods. We recruit most employees from nearby barangays and educate them about the importance of protecting the coral reef and marine life. Currently, we have 30 employees working on NoaNoa.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- No-Show: Guests who do not show up on the scheduled day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total room cost.
- Cancellations within 7 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the total room cost.
- Cancellations within 21 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 21 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total room cost.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY:In the event of acts of God, fortuitous events, or conditions beyond our control:
Flexibility for Rescheduling: NoaNoa Island understands that circumstances such as weather-related flight disruptions or government mandates may impact travel plans. In such cases, affected reservations can be rescheduled within one year of the original booking date at no additional charge.
We believe this policy strikes a balance between offering flexibility to our guests and ensuring the sustainability of our operations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Terms and Conditions
Check-in/Check-out Policy: The standard check-in time is 3PM. The Standard check-out time is 11AM. Late check-out may be requested from the reception area, subject to availability. No-show/Shortened Stay: No refund shall be made in the event of a show or shortened stay.
Changes in Reservation/Modifications: For any reasons for cancellations, dates of booking can be modified. However, rebooking may be made within a year from the date of cancellation, subject to availability of the room.
Conservation Fee: All visitors in NoaNoa Island, 12 years old and above, are required to pay a conservation fee of PhP 250.00 per person. This fee is collected for various conservation projects and may be settled at the resort upon check-out.
Age Policy: No guests below fifteen (15) years old will be allowed to stay in any room on NoaNoa Island because of our " NO CHILD POLICY ". Kids 15 and below may stay on NoaNoa Island when booked as a whole island rental.
Boat/ Land Transfers: Transfers to NoaNoa Island shall be booked at least 3 days before the arrival date.
Land Transfers: We can help organize your private van transportation. Note: Rates might change without prior notice
El Nido to NoaNoa Island costs P3,900 per person per 1 way.
Taytay to NoaNoa Island costs P5,800 per person per 1 way.
Puerto Princesa to NoaNoa Island costs P 7,750 per person per 1 way.
Puerto Princesa to Taytay costs P2,750 per person per 1 way.
Force Majeure: In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, NoaNoa Island Hotel or other services shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by Government authorities are beyond the control of NoaNoa Island Hotel. NoaNoa Island Hotel will not be responsible for unused rooms or missed flights and no refund will be given on account of these events.
Environmental Policy: The NoaNoa Island Resort has a strict ordinance on the use of single-use plastics. Please avoid bringing in plastic bags, bottles and toiletries in sachets. We do not allow the use of the sunscreen that has harsh chemicals that can damage the coral reef. Instead, we encourage you to use the amenities we have provided for you.
Security Deposit Policy:
As part of our resort protocol, a security deposit ( minimum PHP 5,000 or $100 ) shall be required in cash or credit card upon check-in to cover the incidental charges at the resort.
Any unused amount will be refunded in cash or reversed to a credit card upon check-out.This is refundable subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy. Please see our cancellation policies for more information.There will be a 4.04% PayPal fee for the refund.
Credit Card Fraud Protection: As a protective measure against fraudulent transactions, the guest may be asked to present the actual credit card used in this online booking and a valid government-issued ID with a photo upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check in for failure to comply with this requirement. If this booking is made for another guest and not the card owner, the guest may be required to present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used for this online booking and a valid government-issued ID with a photo of the card owner. The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.
Drone Usage Policy: Welcome to NoaNoa Island! We encourage our guests to enjoy the use of drones responsibly to enhance their experience. To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines when operating drones on our premises:
Respect Privacy:Please operate drones in a manner that respects the privacy of other guests. Avoid flying drones near guest room buildings and other private areas. Maintain a Safe Distance:Fly drones away from communal areas where guests may be congregating to avoid any potential disturbances.
Time Restrictions:Restrict drone usage to daytime hours only. Avoid flying drones during early morning or late evening to minimize noise and disturbance. No Fly Zones:Do not operate drones near restricted areas, including swimming pools, dining areas, and other designated no-fly zones.
Safety First:Prioritize safety at all times. Avoid flying drones in adverse weather conditions, crowded spaces, or in close proximity to buildings and trees. Be Mindful of Wildlife:Respect the local wildlife and avoid disturbing animals during drone operations.
Inform Staff:Notify the front desk or relevant staff members before operating a drone and seek their guidance if needed.
Emergency Procedures:In the event of an emergency or malfunction, land the drone immediately and report any incidents to the staff.
Guest Responsibility:Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the operation of their drones.
