Motel Deposit Policy: A Motel Room deposit equal to one night is required to secure a reservation. If reserving multiple rooms a deposit will be processed on each room.Free Cancellation/modification up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date for 1-2 rooms, 10 days for groups of 3 or more rooms. Changes to Motel reservations must be made 2-10 days prior to arrival to avoid fees and charges. Cancellations/modification made less than 2-10 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiting the deposit or a minimum $30 cancellation fee if we can replace the reservation. No refunds for early departures.

Prices listed are in US Dollars and do not include Maine Lodging Tax. When confirming reservations we will process a one night deposit on a Visa, Mastercard or Discover card, which will be applied to the balance due. Balances are due at time of arrival by cash or credit card. Check in begins at 2pm. Check out is at 11am. Early arrivals and late check outs are available based on availability, please inquire at the Front Desk. All Rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located at the back of the property. Smoking inside or outside the rooms are subject to cleaning and damage fees starting at $200. Sorry, no pets. We offer assistance for guests with mobility and accessibility needs. We can provide accommodations to the room or have medical devices delivered. Please let us know in advance and we will take care of you! Parking is generally limited to one car per room. Parking is free onsite. No parking is available for trailers, RV's, boats, etc. but is available in the area- please ask the Front Desk. We are committed to privacy for everyone who visits our website.
