RESERVATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within one day of arrival. If the credit card on file does not go through for any reason the hotel will make its best effort to contact guest for another method of payment to guarantee room. If unsuccessful, however, the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.
SMOKING AND DAMAGE POLICY
Upon guest departure, room will be inspected by hotel staff. If there are any signs of damage or smoking a fee will be assess and charge to the card used to reserve the room. A copy of the settlement statement will be available to guest upon request.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY

Management will grant late check outs based on availability. Any departure time past 1pm regardless or approval, will result in another full day charge and extension of the room.
