Please note we are a hostel for international backpackers only you must have a valid international passport for check in.
For bookings prior to arrival we accept only Visa and MasterCard.
You must be at least 18 years old to stay at City Backpackers HQ, we do not allow children.
City Backpackers HQ is unable to guarantee all members of group bookings will be accommodated in the same room.
We offer discounted rates for guests who book directly 7 days or more, these are non-refundable if you depart early.
Once the balance is paid and the reservation is checked in, all payments are non-refundable.
