The price includes the use of all bed linen, free WiFi and free tea/coffee and use of our kitchen facilities, pool and common areas
Please note we are a hostel for international backpackers only you must have a valid international passport for check in.
For bookings prior to arrival we accept only Visa and MasterCard.
You must be at least 18 years old to stay at City Backpackers HQ, we do not allow children.
We are a licensed venue therefore we do not allow guests to bring in, or drink their own alcohol.
City Backpackers HQ is unable to guarantee all members of group bookings will be accommodated in the same room.
We offer discounted rates for guests who book directly 7 days or more, these are non-refundable if you depart early.
Once the balance is paid and the reservation is checked in, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
When you create a booking with us, the first night's accommodation will be charged and held as a deposit to secure your reservation. If the reservation is cancelled within the free cancellation period, this will be refunded back to you.

House rules:
1. No drugs in the hostel.
2. No alcohol in the hostel, alcohol will be removed from fridges and the rooms.
3. No smoking indoors, if the fire alarm is activated by smoking, vaping or candles etc. The fine of $1500 will be charged to you.
Any issues should be reported to the reception immediately.
