- If the guest cancels 20-10 days in advance, 25% fund
- If the guest cancels less than 10 days in advance, 0% refund
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent will be non-refundable
- In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge the cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: info@boxstel.com
- All cancelations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

Check-in/Check-out Policies

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM; if you’ll be arriving to El Paso earlier please fell free to stop by the hotel to store your bags free of charge. Our reception desk is open until 11:00 Pm. Early check-in or late check-out fee may be charged if you wish to check-in earlier or your stay is exceeded.
All guest must provide a valid government issued photo identification and, credit/debit card.
All payments occur during check-in for the full amount of your stay. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit has been received and approved. If you need to leave early, any additional night would not be refunded.
A security deposit of $100 dlls would be charged to ensure no damages are made, a refund will be process once the check out has been made.
No pets are allowed in our location. You MUST disclose any pets before your arrival. there will be a $20 fee per pet per day if undisclosed before entering the property,
You must be 18+ in years of age to make a reservation.
Our room rates are subject to change.
During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make you stay more enjoyable and convenient.
Check-Out
You can check-out any time up unit 11:00AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are.
At check-out time please leave your dirty towels and sheets inside the room, leave your headset, and remote control on top of the bed.
Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damaged or breakages found before the room is occupied again.
The security deposit should be returned to your credit card issued automatically within 3 work days.
Smoking Policy
In our entire hotel and rooms smoking is NOT allowed. If any evidence of smoking is found in the room or in any of the building areas a fine will be charged to your account.
Damages
During your stay, the room and all the equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to the Boxstel staff will be expected of any damages or breakages .
You are financially responsible for any damages to the room. This includes losses caused by you or a third party negligent actions and behavior. A summary check will be made of the room after tahe check-out time. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the room and all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out and before another guest occupies the room.
Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, in cash or by credit card, along with a balance and is fully refunded at the check-out if the apartment is in good order and the hotel does not have any claims. The cost of damages will be deducted from the deposit, and the refunded amount will be the remainder of the damage deposit.
Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
Kitchen policy
Please practice safe cooking habits do not lave stove on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep clans will be charged a cleaning fee .
Parking
We count with Parking area within walking distance. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Minimum Age Policy
All guest must be 18 years or older to confirm a guest room accommodation at the Hotel. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
