The Motel is centrally located just 2 kilometers from the Toowoomba CBD, situated at 808 Ruthven Street, (New England Highway), close to Shopping Centres and Clubs.
A complimentary continental breakfast is offered to all our guests in our Dining Room each morning of their stay.
The Motel has 24 Units/ Apartments. Most of our rooms include modern Kitchenettes and we also have full Kitchens Apartments.
All 24 rooms include a Microwave Oven, Tea and Coffee making facilities etc. They all have separate bathrooms and reverse cycle Air Conditioning. All rooms include LCD Smart Televisions allowing our guests to connect into Netflix, Stan and many more via their own accounts. They include all free to air statons, plus there are hundreds of other Smart Channels for your enjoyment.
The Motel draws its name from a great explorer and botanist, Allan Cunningham who explored the Darling Downs in 1827. Cunninghams Gap and the Cunningham Highway in the State's south east are named after him. The Architecture and theme of the Motel is to commemorate those earlier explorers and the double brick construction certainly eliminates those external noises.

CANCELLATION POLICIES – Please understand cancellation policies, and if you need to cancel, please do so within the following time frames to enable us to then re-advertise the rooms.STAYS OF 1 – 4 Nights / Weekend Bookings:
- 24 hr cancellation notice required for standard bookings (1-2 rooms booked) (rooms booked for 1-4 nights/weekend bookings)
- 3 days cancellation notice required for standard bookings (3-4 rooms booked) rooms booked for 1-4 nights/weekend bookings)
- 7 day cancellation notice required for group and tour bookings (rooms booked for 5 or more nights/weekend bookings)
- 30 day cancellation notice required for group and tour bookings (6 to 24 rooms booked) (rooms booked for 1 or more nights/weekend bookings)
- 30 day cancellation notice required for confirmed bookings (1 or more rooms booked and held for longer term stays of 30 days or more)
- For group bookings where rooms are held for more than 30 days prior, these rooms must be cancelled 14 days prior for a full refund
- For group bookings in circumstances such as COVID-19, Cancellation policies are still in place.

Loss of Bookings
Policies are in place to protect the motel from loss of bookings due to rooms being reserved especially the preferred family, group and deluxe rooms. During high peak times and school holidays all booking cancellations may be subject to no refund at all.

4. Family Room (1 Queen & 2 Single beds): Maximum 4 guests
5. Two Bedroom Rooms (1 Queen & 2 to3 Single beds): Maximum 5 guests
6. Executive King family Room: (1Queen +2 singles), lounge, kitchen facilities: Maximum 4 guests
7. Family Room (Spa Suite) (1Queen +2 singles), lounge, kitchen, spa facilities: Maximum 4 guests
8. Executive Kitchenette Spa Suite (1Queen + 2singles), lounge, kitchen facilities : Maximum 4 guests

10. Weekly room rates mean rooms do not get serviced daily. Please contact us for weekly rates.
11. Discounted rates mean minimal room service only.
12. All rooms come with partial Kitchen facilities Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, plates, cutleries.
13. All rooms are non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke can do so outside the rooms. Smoking charges apply $250 for smoking inside rooms.
14. We are happy to assist our guests to the maximum possible. If you are uncomfortable pls speak to reception.
15 We have pet friendly rooms and non-pet friendly rooms available.
16. Pet fee $25 will be charged additional during check-in time for the duration of stay. Pet care terms & conditions apply as below. Please ask reception during
check-in. if in doubt ask.
17. We do have ramp facilities for the people with Accessibility and special needs. Separate rooms will be allocated for those in need.
18. Our liability is limited to room charges only. If you have any issues after check-in, please speak to reception so we can resolve as soon as possible. We may
allocate another room depends on the availability or we will refund the full amount if you are not happy with our room.
19. We do not take any responsibility after check-out of the room next day.
20. Creditcard/Debit card charges apply at the reception.
21. For some instances we charge a deposit fee $100 and will be returned after 24hours of check out. Please give your card details for refund or bank details where your deposit is to be transferred back.
Travelling with Pet & Conditions of Pet Stay:
22. All pets are to be on a lead at all times outside the room
23. Pet is NOT to be left in the room unattended
24. If pet stays in the vehicle, we ask that there is no barking or noise as we have other guests to consider
25. Pet waste is to be immediately picked up and put in the rubbish bins outside the rooms. (Extra bags are available from reception)
26. Pet is NOT to sleep or sit on beds or furniture in the room or a $50 linen charge will be debited from your card
27. If any damage or soil is found in the room further cleaning charges will apply
28. We do not take any responsibility if your Dog/Pet is harmed whilst staying with us
29. We reserve the right to evict anyone from the motel who fails to abide by these rules
