The Climbers' Ranch offers some of the most affordable and accessible lodging for climbers and outdoor adventurers visiting Grand Teton National Park. Located just south of Jenny Lake and four miles north of the national park headquarters in Moose, WY. The Climbers’ Ranch offers phenomenal views and easy access to park trails and destinations.

> 30 days notice: 0% Cancellation Fee
7-30 days notice: 50% Cancellation Fee
< 7 days notice: 100% Cancellation Fee

Check In Policy: An in-person check in is required for every guest anytime between 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. daily. You must notify staff if you need to arrive later than 8:00 p.m. 

Late Arrivals: Reservations for multiple days are automatically canceled without refund unless notice of late arrival is provided to the manager by 11:00 a.m. on the second day of the reservation.

Please Note: While we do our best to keep parties together in bunk assignments, bunk assignments are subject to change.

Ranch Rules:.

  1. All guests must check in upon arrival
  2. No fires. No smoking. Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited. 
  3. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in common areas; 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. inside the cabins.
  4. Absolutely no car camping, tent camping, trailers, or RVs.
  5. Park on gravel surfaces and in designated parking areas only.
  6. No cooking in cabins. All cooking must occur at the cook shelter.
  7. Food MUST be stored properly. Either in bear safe storage, in coolers in cabins, or in your vehicle. Clean out your food storage upon check out. Help the wildlife!
  8. Recycle properly in designated bins.
  9. No food, drinks, or shoes in the library. Do not remove any material or copy without permission
  10. Do not move the picnic tables. Donate any leftover food and clean out your food storage upon check out.
  11. Practice Leave No Trace: Clean up all trash and belongings in your cabin and bathhouse. Do not collect flowers or firewood or artifacts from the national park. Dispose of human waste properly in the backcountry, Wag Bags available for sale in the office.  
  12. Recycle properly in designated bins.
  13. All state & federal drug use & alcohol laws apply on this property.
  14. No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome, please email in advance gtcr@americanalpineclub.org to let us know if you intend to bring a service animal. The NPS asks that you fill out a Service Animal Acknowledgment form at a visitor center prior to entering the park. Service animals must always be leashed.
  15. Maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Policy Adherence: Guests that fail to follow campground rules will be asked to leave immediately and are not eligible for a refund. Repeat offenders will be asked not to return.​

Membership Discounts / Rates: Remember to apply your AAC promo code found on your AAC Profile for your membership discount! AAC Members at the partner level and above receive lodging discounts. Becoming an AAC Member after making your reservation will not result in refunds for the member vs non-member rates for nights already booked. An AAC member MUST be present to receive the discounted member camping rate.
