BOOKING RESTRICTIONS
• Full Moon Reservation: Minimum stay of 3 nights; the arrival date is at least 1 day before the Full Moon date.• Christmas & New Year reservations: Minimum stay of 5 nights.
• All room rates are per room, quoted in Thai Baht and include service charges (10%) and government tax (7%).
• All bungalows are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on terrace

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
• Check-in time is at 14.00 // Check-out time is at 11.00
• Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Late check-out within the period of 11:00 noon till 13:00 will be applied 50% room charge.
• Late check-in, if you fail to show up or do not let us know of your late, we will consider the bungalow cancelled.
• Transfer from/to pier is not included in room rate, please if you need a pick-up service, send us an email with the boat’s company name and the exact time of arrival.
