27 on Park, Boutique Hotel & Venue

Check-in / Check-out / Business Hours:
You can check in anytime after 4PM by local time.  Our property utilizes Schlage Encode Electronic Locks in which you will receive a 4 digit code 1 day prior to check-in.  Unless prearranged with hotel staff you will not be allowed to enter the room until after the 4PM timeframe.  
Check-out is at 11AM local time.  Once your check-out time occurs your individual lock code will be disabled and you will not be allowed to re-enter your room.  
Early Check-in & Late Check-Out is available for an additional charge and can be scheduled upon booking or by contacting a staff member at 706-864-0021. The charge for Early Check in is $50 for a check-in prior to 2 PM.  Late Check-Out can be arranged at a cost of $25 per 30 minutes past 11AM.  The maximum amount of time for a late check-out is 2 hours.

27 on Park Boutique Hotel & Venue is unique in that we are not a traditional hotel.  We are not fully staffed 24 hours a day.  Our staff is on site typically from 10AM to 5PM daily and 12PM to 5PM on Sundays.  Should you need additional amenities such as towels, soaps, toothbrushes, coffee, ect. during the hours a staff member is not on site, please utilize our concierge stations around the property where we keep additional items for your use.  Should you have an emergency or an issue that will affect the quality of your stay please contact our office at 706-864-0021 at anytime during your stay to speak with one of our staff members.    

Smoking / Illegal Narcotics Policy: 
Breathe easy. 27 on Park Boutique Hotel & Venue is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. This policy also applies to the use of any illegal narcotics.  Any smoking or use of narcotics in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in immediate removal and a 150.00 room cleaning fee.

Damages: 
During your stay, your hotel room at 27 on Park to include all furnishings should be treated with care and kept in order.  Immediate notification to staff will be expected of any damages or breakage in the room.  Guest will be financially responsible for any damages to the room.  This includes losses caused by you or a third party negligent actions or behavior.  Guest is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. A Damage Deposit "hold" is placed on guest credit card upon check-in.  This hold will be released within a couple business days after check out if no damages are reported.  The costs of damages or cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible usage of hotel room will be deducted from the deposit, and the refunded amount will be the remainder of the damage deposit. 

Pet Policy: 
Our staff has made the decision to keep our property free of pets.  While we love our furry animals, our insurance policy does not cover pets on the premise.  We do however accept any fully certified / appropriately registered service animals to accommodate their handler.  We do ask that should you have a service animal, the animal is never left in the room unattended.  

Minimum Age Policy: 
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at 27 on Park Boutique Hotel & Venue. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

ADA Policy:
27 on Park is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer an accessible room within the hotel. Please ensure requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by calling us directly at 706-864-0021 after the reservation has been made.

Guest Safety Policy: 
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from to include Uber, Uber Eats, Or other food delivery or transportation companies.  Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while on the premise of 27 on Park Hotel & Venue

Parking:
While 27 on Park would love to provide parking for all of our guests, we are located in a downtown area with limited on site parking.  We have 3 dedicated parking spots on our property with available parking across the street in the city public parking lot.  27 on Park Boutique Hotel & Venue in no way guarantees our guests parking and will not be held responsible for any items left in vehicles that result in damage or theft during the stay at our hotel.

Use of Personal Information:
It is the policy of 27onPark, LLC (DBA 27 on Park Boutique Hotel & Venue) to protect personal information of our guests.  Guests hereby acknowledge and agree that as a guest of 27 on Park Boutique Hotel and Venue, in consideration of being allowed to stay and utilize the facilities of the property, the guest voluntarily agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Consent to Collect and Use Personal Information: I acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of my personal information by the Company for the purposes stated above. This includes, but is not limited to, information such as my name, address, contact details, payment information, and any other information necessary for the specified purpose.2. Purpose and Use of Personal Information: I understand and acknowledge that the Company will use my personal information solely for the purpose specified above. This may include sharing my information with third-party service providers involved in the process, such as payment processors or reservation systems, solely for the purpose of facilitating my reservation at the Property. 3.Confidentiality and Security: I acknowledge that the Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of my personal information. However, I understand and acknowledge that no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and I release the Company from any liability for any unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of my personal information, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.4. Data Retention: I acknowledge that the Company will retain my personal information for the duration necessary to fulfill the specified purpose or as required by law. Upon the completion of the specified purpose, the Company will take reasonable steps to securely dispose of or anonymize my personal information.5. Rights Regarding Personal Information: I understand that I have certain rights regarding my personal information under applicable data protection laws. These rights may include the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, object to processing, or request the deletion of my personal information. I understand that I can exercise these rights by contacting the Company using the contact information provided below.6. Consent Withdrawal: I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent for the collection, use, and processing of my personal information at any time. However, I acknowledge that such withdrawal may impact the Company's ability to fulfill the specified purpose or provide certain services to me.7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This acknowledgment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Georgia. Any dispute arising out of or related to this acknowledgment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dahlonega, Georgia.

15. PROPERTY RESERVATIONS GENERAL TERMS.
15.1 In addition to the other terms and conditions specified on this Website regarding our properties, the following general terms and conditions apply to reservations booked on this Website. a. Cancellation policies and other information about specific room reservations and properties may vary by property and by the type of reservation. Individual rate rules, tax information, applicable charges and cancellation policies are displayed in the booking engine section of the Website, once you have entered check-in dates and selected a room type. b. 27 On Park Does not allow pets on the property.  Should you violate this policy and bring a pet on the premise, 27 on Park will not be held liable for any actions that are caused by your pet. d. Reservations made by one or more individuals or by an agency on the Website, on behalf of one or more proposed guests, and involving more than ten (10) rooms at the same property for the same period of stay, must be directly through the property. If more than ten(10) rooms at the same property for the same period of stay are booked through any other method, we reserve the right to impose additional requirements on such reservations. e. Requests for specific features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply that, and while most properties will strive to honor your requests, neither we nor the property guarantee that your request will be honored. f. Some rates have special requirements such as Active Duty Military Discount or proof of age at check-in. Verify that you qualify for the rate that you have booked. Properties are not obligated to honor this rate if you do not provide proof of qualification at check-in.
