Please present your ID card (if Croatian National), Passport (if foreigner) or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By law visitors must present personal documents for hotel and governmental records. (these documents will be scanned and returned immediately).
Checkout is no later than 11am. Late checkout may be possible based upon arrivals for an additional fee.
Luggage storage is available upon request, and subject to availability of the storage space. The guest may store luggage in the luggage area, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.
Each room has a safe for valuables. We are not responsible for lost items.
No pets are permitted except for registered service animals.
Any damage or missing items from the room will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
