We expect that guests exhibit appropriate behavior while at Marco Polo. Failure to do so may result in the total cancellation of the remaining stay with no refund. Bad behavior and disrespect to other guests is not tolerated.
There is a €200 fine for smoking in the building. We do have designated outside smoking areas.
A damage deposit of: €50 will be preauthorized on the main guest credit card when booking a Private room .this will be returned 8 to 14 days after check-out (depending on the individual credit card preauthorization policy ).
Paid guests must check in visitors at Reception. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of one night's stay, charged to the guest.
Group Reservations : 5 beds + is considered as a group and a 50% of the total amount will be charged upon booking .
