This New Guesthouse is located near Paradise Beach and close to Sandira Beach on the Tourism Road, which are some of the best beaches on the island. We have new spacious rooms with on-suite bathroom, balcony, a bar, food menu, seating area, Kubo and landscaped garden.
Each room is air-conditioned with own toilet and hot / cold showers. The bedroom has a TV with satellite channels, cabinets with locks for security, hanging space for clothes and a new queen size bed with extra pillows for comfort. Each room also has a balcony with table and chairs for chilling out and watching the sunset.
It is good for 2 guests but we can also add an extra mattress with clean linen if required at an extra cost - P500 per person.
We have also just added a Brand New Family / Barkada Room with Kitchen which is good for 6 to 12 pax / people. This has a Big Smart TV with Netflix / Disney+ / Youtube etc so the Family can watch Movies etc. It also has a Kitchen with Electric Cooker, Rice Cooker, Refrigerator, all Utensils for Cooking, Table & Chairs for Dining, lots of beds (3 x Double Beds & 6 Single Beds), has En-suite Bathroom / CR with Hot / Cold Shower, New Split Type Aircon, Free WIFI in room, free drinking water, bed linen & towels provided.
We have a Sari-Sari store just behind the Guesthouse which is also very convenient and free parking for Scooters at the front.
The Guesthouse is about 400 meters to Paradise Beach so its a great location to head to the beach during the day. We are situated in a quiet small friendly neighbourhood with NO neighbours at either side of our location. So if you are looking for a nice quiet sleep at night away from the noise at Santa Fe, this is the place. The town centre of Santa Fe is about 7 minutes on motorcycle for most of the bars, cafes, restaurants & nightlife, so not too far away. You can walk to Paradise Beach from the Guesthouse however it is recommended that you rent a scooter / motorcycle to get around the island and visit some of the other fantastic beaches and Santa Fe for nightlife. We have Scooters for rental for you, just send us a message. The price is P350 per day / 24 hours. We also have a New Bajaj to do Land Tours to the Top 5 attractions on the Island. This is P1K for up to 5 pax / people.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Thank you for booking with Paradise Beach Guest House.
The cancellation policy for your booking is that you can reschedule (only once) any time of that specific year. We also charge a reschedule fee of P300 and we need at least 5 full days notice to reschedule.
Any cancellations within 5 days before your arrival date will be lost and no refund or reschedule will be allowed. We do not give any money back for cancellations, this is a Non-Refundable booking. We do not allow you to change or reduce the booking. We also do not give refunds for bad weather, we will let you reschedule if the ferry service is cancelled on the day of your arrival date.
Therefore if you decide to cancel you will not be refunded any money but you can reschedule to any time of that specific year.
If you arrive at the Guest House and you decide to cancel then you will lose your 50% downpayment and will not be refunded.
We do not pay any refunds for under-stay, therefore if you decide to leave early you do not get a refund.
Please inform us if you cancel so that we can update our system and make the room available for other guests who want to book.
However most people do not cancel and we hope you don't too.

Dear Sir / Ma'am,
Opening Hours are 7am to 10pm.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is 11am.
If the rooms are clean & ready, we can do an early check in but we charge an additional P100 per hour. If you check out late you will also be charged P100 per hour.
If you arrive early and don't want to pay for an early check in then you can leave your bags with us. Then you can go explore the island and come back at 2pm for check in.
We have free parking for your motorcycles inside the resort and free parking for cars just outside.
All payments for the room have to be paid before check in and the bar / food bill to be paid the night before your departure date.
When you arrive we ask for your booking confirmation and a valid ID.
NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the premises as we have a FULLY STOCKED BAR where you can make alcohol purchases at cheap prices. We also SERVE DELICIOUS FOOD at the resort for REASONABLE prices. (Check our reviews from guests recommending our food).
Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am.
If you are staying in the Family Room then we do NOT ALLOW YOU TO COOK FISH or SEAFOOD, due to the strong smell. You can use the BBQ Area to cook these foods. Also clean all the dirty dishes & room or you will be charged P200 for the additional cleaning bill.
Please TURN OFF the AIRCON / LIGHTS / TV etc when you are leaving the room.
Any damages to the rooms / motorcycles / property will have to be paid and replaced before your departure date.
