A 6 bedroom guesthouse in the old town of Tarifa - kitesurf mecca of Europe! We have double and single rooms (no dorms), communal kitchen, living room and roof terrace. Close to the bars, cafes and restaurants of the old town, a great place to meet other kiters and submerge yourself in Tarifa lifestyle! Decorated in Moroccan style - we ARE only 14km away! - the house has been designed to be a social place to mix with other guests and swap kitesurf stories.

Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND HOLIDAY

Although at High Flyers we are a relaxed bunch and hope to transmit that to you in terms of the
type of holiday you have, we recognise that we are providing you with a service, and that in doing
so we have responsibilities to you. In turn, your booking conditions and responsibilities to us and
fellow holiday-makers are also laid out here.
1) Holiday Details.
It is necessary that you check your holiday details as soon as you receive your confirmation
email. If anything is incorrect you must notify us by email straight away at
HighFlyersTarifa@gmail.com
2) Contract.
Upon making your booking you will be sent confirmation and these Terms & Conditions. By
confirming your holiday with us and making the payment you have consented to these Terms &
Conditions and thereby formalising your contract with us. Payment of the Deposit must be
made at the time of the original booking in order to secure your place. Please note, you will not
be formally accredited with a place on your holiday until we have received this deposit. The
deposit amount is 20% of the holiday cost per person (irrespective of final payment amount), except Dakhla Camp - which is 50% (as this is what the hotel requires to secure booking). The balance must be paid no less than four weeks prior to your departure date.
However, if you are booking a holiday in four weeks time or less the full amount due must be paid at time of booking.
3) Cancellation / Changes to Holiday
BY YOU – Should you wish to cancel or change your holiday you must do so by email to
HighFlyersTarifa@gmail.com. Cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon when
you cancel in relation to your departure date:
* 4 weeks (28 days) or more: Cancellation charge = Loss of deposit
* 14 days – 28 days: Cancellation charge = Loss of 60% of total cost
* 14 days or less: Cancellation charge = Loss of total cost
However, we want you to come on a High Flyers Kitesurfing Holiday, so if you are unable to
make the date you booked for, but want to change to another date, this is possible. The
following charges will be made for this (as we may have lost customers and may not be able to
fill places on your original holiday date).
* 28 days or more: Charge for changing dates = £75
* 14 days – 28 days: Charge for changing dates = £125
* 14 day or less: Charge for changing dates = £200
BY US – Every possible effort will be made to ensure that your holiday will not be cancelled.
However, if a situation does arise whereby there is no alternative but to cancel you will be informed
at the earliest possible opportunity. In this situation you will be offered a choice of alternative weeks
in which to come. If none of the alternatives offered are acceptable to you, then you will be offered
a refund for the full amount that you paid to High Flyers.
BY THIRD PARTIES – High Flyers cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by
third parties. Although, if something does occur whilst your are on holiday with us, we will try to
assist you in taking the correct course of action to alleviate the problem, or in removing yourself
from the problem. Third party problems include (but not limited to) the following:
As your flights are not part of a High Flyers holiday, we cannot be held responsible for
cancellations of or changes to your flights.
Force Majeure – If a situation beyond our control arises, including all problems connected with
your flights, and all other acts of force majeur (war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil
strife, Government action, strikes and other industrial disruption, natural disasters, fire, weather
conditions **, flood, quarantine, epidemics, or any event beyond our control).
** Of course Kitesurfing is a weather-dependent sport. Therefore there can be no guarantee of how
many kite-able days you will get in your holiday. This is we offer surf or stand up paddle lessons if you are unable to complete the number of hours you have paid for. 
4) Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer
High Flyers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from any matter outside
the reasonable control of High Flyers including (but not limited to) war or threat of war, riots,
terrorist activity, civil strife, Government action, strikes and other industrial disruption, natural
disasters, fire, weather conditions, flood, quarantine, epidemics, activities on adjoining land
including building works or failure of public supplies including (but not limited to) water and
electricity. Where acts of third parties are involved High Flyers shall in no circumstances be
required to institute any form of legal process.
5) Insurance
Although we cover for Liability and Accident insurance as part of our holidays, we cannot
guarantee what continuing cover (if any) this would give if you would need further treatment when
back in your own country. We therefore strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel
insurance to cover you suitably for the activities in which you are taking part.
6) Your Responsibilities
High Flyers can refuse to accept you as a customer or continue dealing with you if it is
considered your behaviour is disruptive to and is affecting other holiday makers, ourselves at High
Flyers or other third parties. If this situation arises High Flyers will not be responsible for any
additional costs you may incur, or any further travel plans you have to make. You will not be liable
for any refund or compensation.
Payment of your deposit secures your booking with us. Balance of payments to be made 28 days before the start date of your holiday.
7) Our Teaching PartnersHigh Flyers Tarifa lessons are run through our partner school, Ozu-Tarifa. You will be required to sign a disclaimer form with them, and any issues or complaints you may have in relation to the kitesurfing, surfing or Stand-Up-Paddle lessons will be dealt with by Ozu-Tarifa
