Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Late Check-out Hour: 1:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: 5%
Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. A fee of Php 500.00 will be charged for all booking cancellations.
2. Cancellation made 14 days or more from check-in date will only be charged for cancellation fee but the remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded.
3. Cancellations made 10-13 days from check-in date will incur a payment of 50% of the booking fee.
4. Cancellation made 6-9 days from check-in date will incur a payment of 70% of the booking fee.
5. No refund will be given for cancellations made 4-5 days before the check-in dates but guests can reschedule to another preferable and available date/s for both the guest and the resort.
6. Cancellations within 3 days from the reserved days or NO SHOW of guest/s will forfeit their booking fee and rebooking privilege.
7. Rebooking can only be done twice and must be used within 60 days.
Terms and Conditions
1. Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time starts at 11 am.
Early check-in starts at 12 noon depending on the availability of the room. Late check-out is 1 pm onwards depending on the availability of the room.
Early and late check-out charge is 5% of the room rate.
2. Full payment shall be made upon check-in. Payments accepted in the resort is cash or bank transfer only. We do not accept credit card payments.
3. Pets are NOT allowed in the resort.
4. Resort rooms and hallways are “No Smoking Areas.” Designated areas for smokers are the Cabana and Parking areas. Guests will be reminded; uncooperative guests found to be smoking or smoked inside their rooms will be fined the equivalent amount of one day of their room rate. THIS IS STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED.
5. Likewise, cooking inside rooms or along room hallways is NOT permitted. There are cooking/heating areas at the Cabanas and tent area.
6. Drinking alcoholic beverages are allowed only in the room hallway of each room, cabana and tent areas.
7. Eating and/or bringing foods and/or drinks around the swimming pools is NOT allowed to prevent possible accidental spillages.
8. Children should be monitored at all times by their companions while they are in and around the pools for their safety.
9. Guest are advised not to swim in the sea beyond sunset and into the night for their own safety.
10. Guests should read and abide by the swimming pool rules and regulations that are posted around the pool areas for their safety.
11. The resort is NOT in any way connected with any other individual, groups and companies offering recreational activity like banana boat, island hopping and ATV outside the resort. The guest will be solely responsible with their dealings or arrangements should they choose to get their services.
12. Guests are not allowed to remove bed toppers anytime. Penalty for the violation is Php 2,000 per day of stay.
13. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation to inform and make other members abide by policy of the resort.
