Please carefully read our cancellation policy. To avoid any misunderstanding, we would be grateful if you can take note of the following:

- Standard rate: free cancellation until latest 12pm (noon), two days before arrival. After this, the first night will be charged. If the guest has arrived and shortens their stay, the same cancellation policy as above applies.
- Early-bird rate: free cancellation until 12pm (noon), seven days before arrival. After this, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and will be non-refundable in case of changes or cancellation.
- Non-refundable rate: the total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking, and is non-refundable nor modifiable.
Terms and Conditions
- Minimum age: all guests must be 18 years or older to confirm a reservation and check-in. A valid form of ID must be presented upon check-in.
- Check-in: any time from 2PM local time at reception on the 6th floor. The full balance is payable upon arrival to confirm the check-in.
- Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned from 9 AM to 3 PM.
- Check-out: by 11AM local time. Later check-out time may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and how busy we are. This may be subject to a charge.
- Smoking: our rooms and property are non-smoking indoors, please use the balcony if needed.
- Children: all children are welcome. Baby cots can be requested for CHF 40.-/night. Children above the age of 2 years old are considered guests and count towards the room occupancy.
- Additional guests: any additional person after 2 guests, will be charged CHF 40.-/night for an extra bed.
- Pets: Unfortunately, no pets allowed due to allergies.
- Pre-authorisation: we pre-authorise your credit card to confirm the reservation but do not collect the payment.
- Deposit: reservations above CHF 1,000.- are subject to a deposit (30% for reservations up to CHF 3,000.-, and 50% for those above CHF 3,000.-).
- Damages: any damages will be charged at market value.
- Noise: please respect your neighbours between 11PM – 7AM. No parties permitted.
- Guest safety: employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.
