Accommodation and departure
Check in: selfservice after 3 PM.
Check out: self-service before 12 AM.
Early check in: upon request and availability.
Late check out: upon request and availability, till 4 PM and at additional charge of 50 EUR. .
Extra beds
Available for garden suites upon prior request at an additional charge of 30 EUR. 1 extra person (adult orchild over 4 years old) can be accommodated per garden suite.
Children
Children are welcome. Baby cots and baby feeding chairs are available upon prior request and at an additional charge. 1 baby (age 0 - 3) can be accommodated per loft studio or garden suite.
Services
Daily refreshment cleaning is included in the accommodation price. Weekly and monthly packages include refreshment cleaning twice per week.
Laundry machine with a dryer and detergents are provided for free in DOT Sofia.
Self-cleaning facilities, first aid kit, some popular medicines and quiet games and books are available for all guests at the underground level.

Cancellations
No charge is applied for cancellations up to 4 days prior to arrival. Full charge will be applied for cancellations 24 hours or less prior to arrival. For cancellations within 3days of arrival and prior to 24 hours, the first night will be fully charged.
Parking
Private underground parking available at additional charge at DOT Sofia (20 EUR per day), preferably with prior reservation as space is limited. One parking lot with charging station forelectric vehicles available (30 EUR per day). Public parking available on the street in front ofDOT Sofia (Monday – Saturday up to 2 hours with payment via SMS - 1 EUR per hour, Sunday and nights – free of charge).
Quiet hours
In line with regulations of the municipality, quiet hours are between 2 PM – 4 PM and 10 PM– 9 AM.
Smoking
No smoking allowed indoors.
Parties or events
Not allowed. Upon prior agreement, the Penthouse 360° can be rented for events with up to 30 participants under a separate event agreement and rate.
Safety and security
You are kindly asked to close all windows and turn off the electrical equipment and lights each timewhen leaving the accommodation.
Please also be sure to close the accommodation’s door when leaving.
Please use the room safe for your documents and valuables. We do not take any responsibility for missing items.
Please note that for reasons of safety, the window shutters close automatically and cannot be opened when the wind outside exceeds a certain speed.
Damage or missing equipment charges
We are sure that you display the necessary care when staying at DOT Sofia, for which we thank you in advance. The accommodations are furnished and equipped at a high-quality standard and many design elements were specifically produced for DOT Sofia. Should you like an item very much and would like to keep it, or should something break despite the best care, we will charge you as per the price list (DOT Sofia merchandise) or purchase price of the item. For the items that represent DOT Sofia merchandise, you will find the price list in your accommodation. Please do let us know of any damages, or should you wish to purchase an item, so we can settle this prior to your departure. Otherwise, we will charge the damage or missing equipment subsequently.
