Property and Cancelation Policies :
Guarantee Policy: The Inn At Rose’s Landing requires all reservations to be guaranteed by a valid form of payment, prior to arrival. The evening prior to arrival, a prepayment of $25 will be charged to the guest’s credit or debit card. This amount will be credited to the total room and tax for the stay. If you wish to change your form of payment upon check-in, a Guest Service Agent will assist you. Should the payment be declined, the reservation is not guaranteed, will therefore be cancelled, and the room placed back into inventory for sale. Staff will make every reasonable attempt to contact the guest to reserve the room again, based on contact information at the hotel’s disposal. For cancelled reservations, the hotel does not guarantee room type, availability, or previously booked rates..

Check-In Time is after 3 PM. Check-Out Time 11 AM. Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed. Early Checkout is available, subject to the nature and type of reservation that was reserved. Late Check-Out must be arranged through the hotel and is given based on availability and not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply. Rates are subject to change. Rates subject to 10.00% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT); 1.50% Tourism Marketing District (TMD); 3.00% Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID). Extra Adults added to the room cost of 10.00 USD. Children 15 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult. Cribs are NOT available or are provided by the hotel. Complimentary Parking Available. Property has 100% non-smoking guest rooms. Smoking in guestrooms is strictly prohibited and is subject to a minimum charge of $300.00 USD. Designated smoking areas are available in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Outdoor patio area is typically open for use by all hotel guests. For groups of 5 people or more, please inquire with Guest Services to reserve.
Credit Card Policy: A valid credit card and ID required to make a reservation and must be present at check-in. Please be advised the credit card must authorize for all night’s room and tax plus $75 USD above total. Your bank may hold this authorization of the stay for up to 7 days if you use a debit card at check-in.
