Property and Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations can be made up to two weeks (14 days) prior to your check in with us with no penalty.  If you cancel after that window, we will try to rebook the room but if we are unable to do so, you are responsible for any nights that we are unable to fill.

Moonlight Beach Motel is a completely NON-SMOKING AND PET FREE property.  Smoking on Motel property will result in a $150 cleaning fee.

Due to limited parking, each room is entitled to 1 (one) parking space per room.  Additional parking can be found on the street.  Cars without parking permits displayed on their dashboard are subject to towing and impound fees.
Moonlight Beach Motel is not responsible for any theft of personal belongings within a guests' room or anywhere else on Motel property.
Moonlight Beach Motel reserves the right to enter your room at any time to conduct welfare checks and to empty the trash.
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs.
